Highly recommended
Brand new apartment with 2 beautiful televisions in each room small but well organized kitchen comfortable beds. Hot pool a gem that gives relaxation. Great breakfast and friendly and very professional staff

Ci fa piacere che soggiornare in uno dei nostri appartamenti superior appena rinnovati abbia fatto la differenza e che la nostra colazione a buffet vi abbia dato la giusta carica per affrontare le piste di San Martino di Castrozza. Appuntamento alla prossima vacanza quassù a due passi dal cielo, vi aspettiamo!

Location not suitable for children, small apartments
Wonderful staff, very kind, courteous and efficient.
140cm high swimming pool, not safe for children (although accompanied since adult relaxation is compromised).
Breakfast not adequate for the 11 euros/person requested: no cakes/homemade cakes, raw pancakes.
Room furniture: untreated or polished natural wood from which my children have taken multiple splinters with very painful wounds, kitchen table not cleanable for these same reasons (tablecloth/covering required).
Rolling tape broken. Broken elevator right at the departure stage and from the 4th floor it was not at all easy to bring all the luggage to the garage floor - 1, in the morning elevator still used continuously by cleaning carts, so when working the wait is nerve-wracking.
Room too small for 4 people.
For allergy sufferers, carpeting in the breakfast area.
For work reasons (I'm a doctor) I had to leave early to cover shifts of a sick colleague, I told him as soon as I knew (with 3 days in advance) and I was charged every night in full despite having asked for the courtesy to reduce at least the fee, I happened elsewhere to have been recalled to duty and to have experienced the understanding of the hotelier reducing and once even canceling the cost of nights not used.

ci dispiace che il soggiorno non abbia soddisfatto le vostre aspettative.
Per quanto riguarda la piscina, l'accesso per i minori di 14 anni è consentito solo con la supervisione di un adulto responsabile, proprio per garantire la sicurezza e il rispetto di tutti gli ospiti.
Siamo già a conoscenza del problema con la finitura degli arredi in legno di alcuni appartamenti e il mobiliere interverrà durante la bassa stagione. Nel frattempo, in ogni unità sono disponibili tovagliette americane.
La sala colazioni è effettivamente in attesa di un restyling, ma abbiamo dato priorità alla ristrutturazione degli appartamenti mansardati e dell'ascensore. La nostra colazione, che va prenotata la sera prima per garantire freschezza, include pane, cereali, yogurt, succhi, brioche e torte fatte in casa, oltre a formaggi e salumi locali ci spiace che le torte fossero già terminate quando siete scesi.
Per la partenza anticipata, purtroppo con così poco preavviso non è stato possibile riaffittare l'appartamento, abbiamo quindi applicato le condizioni di cancellazione accettate al momento della prenotazione.

Here for the second time
This is the second time we've stayed here. Residence in a convenient location for the village and the slopes, a step from the bus stop. Apartments equipped with everything, spotless and comfortable. Comfortable and beautiful pool. Courteous and helpful staff, special mention for Nicole of the reception, which upon our arrival we covered with questions and requests, which she responded with preparation, availability and many smiles.
