You always return to where you have been happy
We have been coming back to the Latemar for 4 years now and I think that says a lot already. They say that you always return to where you have been happy, and for us it is just like that: every time we come here it is a bit like coming home.
The nice thing is that, while finding that welcome and that atmosphere every year that we now know and are fond of, there is always something new that manages to surprise us. This year, in particular, the new restaurant: beautiful, well-kept and with a kitchen that is always IMPECCABLE. The quality of the food has always been one of the many reasons why we love this hotel.
What really makes the difference, however, are the people: the welcome, the kindness, the helpfulness, and the professionalism of the entire staff, who make you feel pampered from the first to the last day, always with a naturalness that is not at all taken for granted.
And it is above all the big little attentions that make the difference. My husband has some food allergies, and in all these years, there has always been the utmost willingness to find alternatives and solutions for him, making him always feel at ease and never like he was a problem. With Pinky, our dog, they have always been wonderful: not only is she welcome, but they also dedicated a special space for her in the dining room and had a beautiful set waiting for her in the room just for her.
And then there is one thing I am particularly fond of: often our vacations at the Latemar coincide with my husband's birthday, or mine, and it is crazy how every year they manage to make us feel special with personalized gifts and wishes. It may seem like a detail, but it is precisely from these things that you understand when a place stops being simply the hotel where you spend your vacation and becomes a place you are truly fond of.
I can say the same about the attention they showed toward my now-elderly parents: always available to help us and accommodate us in every need, from breakfast to dinner. These are attentions that might seem small and trivial, but when you travel as a family, they really make the difference and make you understand how much there is a genuine care for the guests.
Over these 4 years, we have seen the Latemar grow, renew itself, evolve, and become even more beautiful, without, however, losing that feeling of home and familiarity that made us love it from the very first time.
Once again, we returned home with a bit of melancholy but with the certainty that we just need to figure out when to rebook our next vacation. Because in the end, you always return to the places where you were happy. And for us, the Latemar is now one of those places. ❤️

Wonderful experience
We had a great time, the property is very clean and very well maintained. We stayed in the symphony suite, with a hot tub on the balcony where the water was changed every day. Exceptional staff, always ready and attentive to every request. A special thanks to PAULA, AGUSTINA and NICOLETTA who, with their friendliness and sweetness, always accommodated us and helped us with everything. We also thank Edoardo and Jessica very much for the excellent advice and the excellent tea. Excellent food, great breakfast, in short, a special experience. HEARTFELT THANKS ❤️

Beautiful hotel, spa and bar service highly recommended. A very positive note for the bartender Michele, who entertains positively with his stories while sipping a good drink. Go there!

WONDERFUL
We stayed for 10 days at the Hotel Latemar property; we had already been there during the Christmas holidays and we were very impressed by the kindness, cleanliness, and the wonderful ONIRO SPA.
We had a great time during this summer vacation as well; the surprising thing is that activities are available every day, such as sound baths, Tibetan singing bowls, or yoga.
We recommend this property if you are looking for relaxation and more.

Latemar Hotel was amazing, such a beautiful hotel in a very beautiful and scenic valley between the mountains.
Gessica was absolutely phenomenal. So helpful with everything we needed, giving advice and helping my partner with food choices (as she's coeliac). I cannot speak high enough about Gessica, but the whole team there are so friendly and willing to help.
The hotel suite (royal) was beautiful. The room design and layout was very well put together. A great balcony with a private hot tub...honestly a very beautiful perfect place to end a busy day hiking.
There is an amazing looking spa at the hotel and unfortunately we never got to use it. We saw people going on their checkout day also, but due to us having a short stay we wanted to get into the mountains and soaking up the scenery. We'd love to return and use the spa.
Sassolungo 10 mile hike is not too far away and absolutely stunning, but to be honest, head in any direction from the hotel and you'll find stunning scenery.
