Stunning hotel in the quieter part of Sorrento
Stayed here before but it’s recently had a big ref refurb inc a snazzy rooftop bar , lots of stunning art features & Instagram features !
Staff are the same . We booked through tui and got a good deal for a family of 4 with older kids .
Breakfast buffet is yummy everything from eggs , cheese , meat , fruit & loads of Italian style pastries .
The pool is stunning !
We didn’t eat here as Sorrento has so many gems .
The rooftop bar is worth a visit !

Bad choice
There is in this hotel an old wing, where they place a large part of the guests. All old, air conditioning hardly works. The fridge does not freeze. They do not replace shampoo (it was a mini given on the first day) of horrible aroma. Mattress with division without the pillow. Curtains smaller than the window, i.e. they don't cover the sun. Besides the decadent elevator is very noisy. No advice. This hotel is a bad choice. Show photo of the new wing accommodate you in the old wing.
Finally, the phone also doesn't connect to the reception.

We are surprised by your comments, as they appear to be based more on expectations than on the room category that was actually booked.
You reserved one of our Classic Economy Rooms, which is our entry-level category. The photographs, room descriptions, size, features, and location within the hotel are all clearly displayed on our website and on every booking platform. At no point were you promised a suite or one of our recently renovated premium room categories.
Our hotel offers eight different room categories, ranging from Economy Rooms to Junior Suites and Suites. Guests are free to choose the category that best suits their expectations and budget. Booking the most affordable room category and then criticizing it for not offering the features of our higher categories is simply unfair.
We also wish to clarify that the room you booked is exactly the room category advertised online. The photos of the Classic Economy Rooms are available for all guests to review before making a reservation. If a guest chooses not to examine the room descriptions and photographs carefully, this cannot reasonably be attributed to the hotel.
As for the remaining comments, our maintenance records show that the air conditioning, refrigerator, telephone, and elevator were all functioning during your stay. Furthermore, our housekeeping team replenishes amenities according to hotel standards and upon request.
We fully respect every guest's opinion, but we encourage future readers to consider that room categories, photographs, and descriptions are clearly presented before booking. Expectations should be aligned with the accommodation actually selected.

I stayed here with my 2 teenage sons. The hotel is lovely and the location is excellent. It’s a 10 minute walk to the main area of shops and restaurants. The pool is lovely, really comfortable beds. The only challenge we had was transfers. We booked a transfer with the hotel and when we arrived at Naples airport no one was there, apparently they had an accident on the way. So we got an Uber, for €150 instead of the £€190 charged by the hotel. The hotel told us Uber didn’t operate in Sorrento so again we booked a transfer with them, €190 and the car didn’t have aircon. I was frustrated as I later found out we could have booked Uber for our return journey. It’s a fab hotel and we will definitely go back but book your own transfers.

Four days by the sea
Great room with plenty of space to sleep and work. View of the pool and way off in the distance was the sea. Breakfast was outstanding with a wide selection of food and plenty of cappuccino. It was a short walk to the center of Sorrento.

Amazing stay, highly recommend. Will go back !
We were a bit nervous as not many reviews of this hotel. However the hotel was perfect for our visit. Just a 5 minute stroll from the station so perfect base for our 3 night stay. We paid a little extra to guarantee the refurbished room and were super pleased with it. The bed was comfy and we had everything we needed. The only down side was a few marks on the bedding.
The reception staff were lovely, the pool area is so nice and relaxing and again the staff amazing.
Breakfast was continental and had everything you needed.
Would definitely stay there again !
