I was scammed by the owner
My experience was extremely negative. I was scammed by the owner – after canceling my booking, I never received a refund, despite previous assurances (due to poor condition and whole night party).
The conditions at the property are very poor: there were no duvets in the room, not even a trash bin, which is unacceptable. Breakfast was a complete disappointment – very minimal, and worst of all, there was a single shared butter for multiple tables, which is absolutely unhygienic.
I do not recommend this place to anyone who expects honesty and basic standards.

Disappointing stay
The room was large.
Breakfast could be done on site (there is a small kitchen on the lower floor) or there was the option of having vouchers for breakfast in a place outside (an option we chose and which satisfied us).
Let's now go to the NEGATIVE points:
We tried to contact the owner in the previous days but got no response.
When we arrived at the property we found no one (even though we had communicated the arrival time). We try calling the owner on the phone without getting an answer. We decide to send him a message informing him that we had arrived. Finally, after the umpteenth call, he answered us, even surprised by the fact that there was a reservation with Booking.
After 5 minutes he calls us back and gives us instructions to go in and get the keys (an operation that may seem simple but in the garden we found a free dog - on which the owner took care to confirm that he was completely peaceful -).
Let's go to the room: uncomfortable mattress and pillows. Room in general and bathroom not very clean; even in the bathroom waste bin there were some "remnants" of rubbish from previous guests.
We also had problems with the hot water...in the end we discovered that it had to run for about ten minutes...
Definitely not to return.
