Vacation in Spello

We stayed in this beautiful property from May 23 to May 29.
The property is located in a quiet area with private parking.
It is situated in a strategic point of Spello, 100 meters from the main gate.
Rooms are very clean and equipped with every comfort. It has a kitchen stocked with all kinds of food for breakfast, an excellent solution for spending a vacation in Spello and its surroundings.
Mr. Luciano is very hospitable and willing to provide useful advice for various visits and local spots.
We will definitely return.

Close to the town walls.

Great location ... between the town walls and the freeway exit. However, we did not hear any traffic noise at night. Easy to walk to the historic centre. Large double room (also extra single bed handy for belongings). Good size bathroom just outside the room, but still exclusive to us. Everything was clean and comfortable. The heating was appropriate and it was handy to park our car within the property (the gate is shut at night). We enjoyed meeting the cats, goldfish and Aussie parrots. Our host is Luciano, who was friendly and paid attention to all details. Breakfast was good with a choice of cereals, chia seeds, honey, yoghurt, tea or coffee, cheese, croissant, various biscuits, marmalades. Luciano also lit the fire and toasted bread so we could sample the new season's extra virgin olive oil from the Moraiolo variety olive. We would recommend this B & B.

Great budget option in Spello

This B&B is located just outside/downhill of Spello, with a great view of the town in the distance. The rooms are big and can accommodate families. The hosts are very kind and flexible with check-in and check-out. If you can't afford to stay in town, this is a good option.

Tutto ok

Abbiamo dormito in questo B&B durante la Via Lauretana. Il proprietario si è prodigato in tutto e per tutto per farci stare il più comode possibile, la casa è ben pulita e la camera molto bella. Consiglio anche per la posizione: leggermente spostata dal centro ma vicina.
