A Hotel to forget

I should have given credit to one-star reviews.
We stayed for one night only, on 3/12. For the lived experience I strongly discourage it.

Better the jungle!!!

I do not dwell on the bad qualities of this hotel, I detest the rudeness and little respect and the owner I assure you wins the Oscar for how unpleasant and uncooperative it is. Never again will I set foot in it and it will be my concern that others do not. Change your profession

Bad experience, rude staff and little available! One thing's for sure, I'll never set foot there again. Let's avoid the courtesy speech, this term is practically unknown.

I didn't even get in there. Don't go in there.

Very negative experience. I do not recommend for off-site, for travelers, for anyone traveling, because any hotelier respects and considers a customer, especially if he comes from outside and has nowhere to sleep. I do not recommend it because if you arrive late (beyond the agreed times) for reasons not due to your will, see bad weather, traffic, fog etc... If you do not respect the agreed times: they do not call you! they leave you out in the cold! you try to track them down but they will never answer you! My delay was about 20 minutes... To inform the traveler that you may come across a bad day near Stezzano (BG)... Hoteliers to avoid and where to find them rude and disrespectful to the customer.
