Excellent value for money

Radiant welcome from the receptionist in a traditional dress and a big smile. You immediately feel that you will be well taken care of. The hotel is very pretty, well decorated, the room with a view of the Stelvio road and the surrounding mountains. A lovely terrace allows you to have an aperitif while watching the parade of cars, motorcycles, and bicycles tackling the Stelvio. Evening meal and breakfast were hearty and well-prepared, under the guidance of the very attentive and multilingual owner. We will go back there.

A hidden gem near Sulden with unforgettable dinners

We stayed for one week at this lovely family-run hotel together with a group of friends while skiing in Sulden (about a 15-minute drive away). The hotel is cozy, very clean, and full of authentic alpine charm, which made it a really pleasant place to come back to after long days in the mountains.
What truly sets this place apart is the food. We chose the half-board option and it completely exceeded expectations. Every evening was an incredible multi-course dinner, and Elmar absolutely knocked it out of the park night after night. Honestly, the dinners became one of the highlights of the trip.
On top of that, all the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely service-minded, which made the whole stay feel even more special.
Just something to keep in mind: we stayed on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator, so you’ll need to take the stairs. It wasn’t a problem for us, but worth knowing in advance.
Overall, a fantastic stay with great hospitality, amazing food, and a perfect base for skiing in Sulden. We’d happily come back!

A gem

Spent a week ski touring with friends with this hotel as our base. The service was amazing and food was even better. I seldom write reviews but this place was special.

This hotel is absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views and a peaceful atmosphere. The staff went above and beyond to make the stay unforgettable—always friendly, welcoming, and ready to help with anything. A perfect combination of beautiful surroundings and amazing hospitality!
