Fantastic nice hotel!

We could have stayed long! This must be one of the nicest hotels we have stayed in! We were welcomed by the world's most nice young lady - and the rest of the staff were on the same level. The location was great and we had rooms with views of the city and the sea. There was great space for parking and a very pleasant outdoor area. The interior of the hotel was very charming and with a large hall where breakfast was served. I had to make an affair an early morning, and then they made sure the breakfast was ready extra early. This is what we call service! We really recommend this hotel! The boat trip to the islands Isola Madre, Isola dei Pescatori and Isola Bella did not make your stay worse!

Lake view!

Owner couple strive to please lots of nice things about this hotel. Easy walk into town and ferry. Our room did have nice lake view. Bathroom was dated. Breakfast could be better. But all in all a good place to stay.

Wonderful stay, lovely staff!

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely hotel. The staff were so welcoming and helpful. The location is perfect, 5 mins walk from the town centre on an elevated position giving stunning views of the lake. Plenty of parking.
When we were leaving early to drive back to the UK the hotel staff provided us with breakfast an hour early so we could get on our way. Cannot recommend this hotel enough.

A jewel

A hotel of preserved charm. Managed with attention and attention to detail by the owner family. The main building, in which we stayed is cozy, with expertly furnished rooms. Beautiful Covered outdoor terrace that welcomes tourists. Great breakfast, very kind staff. The proximity to the center, within walking distance, ensures comfort and tranquility. A must-see hotel.

To flee!!!!

Very bad experience. Not honest owners. The room in the photo did not correspond at all to reality. Breakfast without coffee, because not enough staff. Sound of the awful train. To flee!!!!!
