A great surprise
We arrived at the hotel by chance due to a car breakdown and we found a well-equipped and very clean hotel. Good breakfast and very complete. What impressed us was the kindness and friendliness of the owner and staff. They helped us a lot and gave us good advice. 100% recommendable.

Very bad experience
Very bad experience.
Room with cracks in the wall, tread marks on the walls, encrusted bathroom and a layer of dust everywhere which caused me a strong allergy.
No roller shutters, shutters or blackout curtains. East-facing room which, at 5:30 in the morning, was brightly lit.
Breakfast was taken with both tables next to ours dirty (cups and plates left by other customers) and with the owner walking around the room without bothering to clean in the slightest.
I ignore the alleged "hospitality" (I'll just say that we were on bikes, in the morning we leave the room with the bags to assemble and we find the bikes in the street with the owner who tells us "go and assemble them outside or else you'll ruin my walls) .
All at an embarrassing value for money.

Pleasantly surprised
I was in Suzzara for an annual reunion with some university friends and, after trying other accommodations in the previous years, this time I saw this new place and I decided to go for it.
I'm glad I did.
The place has been reopened recently and everything feels new and modern.
The room in particular was beautiful, nicely designed, well appointed and very comfortable. I hadn't slept that well in a hotel for a long time.
Also the breakfast was very nice, with a good variety and everything tasted fresh and of high quality.
Last but not least, the owner is a very nice person; it's obvious that he is passionate about what he does and he is very good at that.
Next time I'm in Suzzara I will definitely stay here again.

DA BATTISTA siamo stati benissimo! Il proprietario simpaticissimo ed attento alle esigenze del cliente. Dotazione asciugamani completa, compresa di tappetino; dotazione dei kit usa e getta mia vista nemmeno nei quattro stelle! addirittura pettine di legno e spazzolini. letti con topper (che BARBIERI cita sempre). Colazione ottima ed abbondante, Che dire, se ricapito in zona ci tornerei volentieri evitando così qualunque salto nel buio! BRAVO BATTISTA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Non ci torneremo
nonostante la gentilezza del personale, perché
ci siamo sentiti presi in giro. Abbiamo avuto modo di soggiornare in questo alberghetto in occasione di una nostra gita fuoriporta. Abbiamo chiesto se c'era disponibilità x passare la notte da loro e ci hanno offerto la possibilità di occupare la camera del custode con 2 letti singoli ed il bagno in fondo al corridoio ( stranamente i letti erano già pronti per un'ev. riservazione). Ci siamo accontentati, senza però informarci sul prezzo: abbiamo pagato un prezzo di favore di 90.- (come ha sottolineato) quando su booking lo troviamo a 87.- . Per un prezzo simile pretendiamo qualcosa in più: camera piccola (ca. 3m x 3), pittura che si scrosta e zoccolino staccato in alcuni punti, televisore che ha funzionato solo x 5 minuti e pw per wi-fi non riconosciuta ( il signore gentile ci dice che avremmo dovuto avvisare alla ricezione, ma alle 10:30 non c'era già più nessuno). Colazione variata ma il pane fresco, magari di due qualità mancava: c'era solo pane da tostare. Non ho.dormito per tutta la notte a causa di russamenti provenienti da un'altra camera e di schiamazzi sulla piazza
