Nice quiet place with a beautiful big pool

Try to get a room on the street level, in the back, that lead to the pool..
the pool is beautiful and big with lots of lounge chairs around it.. it was a nice place to rest..
the hotel is about 10mins to the city so it is in a calmer place.. it provides lots of parking
the breakfast buffet was ample and complete
the only little irritant is that you could run out of hot water especially in the late afternoon when a lot of people use it

Beautiful experience

Returned yesterday from 4 days in this place, with a 6-year-old child.
Very satisfied and relaxed.
Staff with exquisite and rare kindness, particularly Mr. Franco and Mr. Fabio at the reception, always ready to meet every request and to help, and very kind and tolerant even with the little guests who are more noisy. Mr. Luciano is always available and present, especially in the pool area, which is maintained excellently.
Clean and well-kept rooms (ground floor with a small terrace). Breakfast is quite varied and parking is included, which is an excellent aspect.
Close to Ortigia by car and easily reachable.
We hope to be able to return and thank you for everything.

Disappointing

Very disappointed for a hotel that calls itself 4 stars not to mention the breakfast which was 100% industrial and very limited in terms of choice.

RELAXING

After a couple of months I returned to this hotel. Nothing has changed. Kindness, courtesy, availability and cleanliness are the characteristics of Albatros. Structure very close to Syracuse but that, for its tranquility, seems very far. The breakfast was excellent. I recommend the rooms on the ground floor that offer a small but comoissimo outdoor space. Special thanks to the customer service always ready not only to fulfill but also to anticipate every wish of guests. Greetings to the reception staff and in particular to the nice Isabella.
