Highly recommended

It is an excellent accommodation solution to stay in Syracuse: large outdoor parking, apartment consisting of a first room with kitchen, sofa and television, two double bedrooms each with its own bathroom. Highly recommended for two copies of friends. All rooms are individually air-conditioned and the cleaning is very accurate.

A gloomy place to stay

The apartment is furnished with great attention to detail and with good taste. It was also built or renovated a short time ago, and yet there are already some flaws. Showering is unpleasant because either too cold or too warm water comes. Better attitude is impossible. The hand shower with shower head also does not hold in the intended holder and falls out.
Although the apartment is on the ground floor, we had the feeling of living in the basement. The rooms are very gloomy! The window sills are built very high, on the windows there are lattices, then an external blind, thick curtains or curtains and when they push all this to the side, you look at a dark leafy passage and adjoining wall behind.
Breakfast is also sold, but everyone has to make it for themselves. There is tea or coffee in the kitchen, mini pack with jam and confectionery in packaging with long-term shelf life, and nothing else. We didn't touch the whole thing.
It is all relatively clean, but we still found some black hair. The hinges of the shower door have probably never been cleaned, but otherwise everything was OK.
We also missed a personal contact. You are received after ringing through the house phone, so you hear scratching noises, but not a single word, the door is opened, even 2x the same procedure at 2 different. Doors, then get your keys out of a box and you can live. In the end, the keys are to be deposited there again, and you live for days with the landlords under one roof, but you never see each other personally.

Cozy house/hotel.

Lovely shabby style apartment in private park, with parking and with all the amenities ideal for couples or families. One step away from the Greek theater and the archaeological park Neapolis. Great Italian breakfast and very kind host. Vote 10

Comfortable and functional

The accommodation offers everything you need, as indicated in the description. It is close to the archaeological park and can also be reached on foot (it is literally above the theatre, but to enter you have to go around the perimeter of the park). The structure has been recently renovated, it is functional and comfortable. If you have a car, this should be taken into consideration.
