Second and positive stay

I had already stopped in this hotel, and had found it a very good option for a short stay, if you have the car it is very comfortable, given that the centre is 5-10 minutes from the hotel. The area is not of historical or naturalistic beauty but it's the commercial area that brings you to the city. The owners are very available and gentle, doing the possible to help.
The rooms are not big (I got a standard one) but clean and silent!

Great option for a stop-over

I stopped in this Hotel after a dinner in the area and it was perfect for the situation! The rooms are in the back courtyard, and you can park your car just in front of them.
The rooms are essential but clean and tidy, not pretentious but you can see there was care in the furnishing and decorations!
The owners are very friendly and helpful and have good tips on the surrounding areas and the city centre (5 minutes by car or bus).
I rate four stars because it is exactly what you expect from his kind of place (American style motel) and considering it is a two stars hotel it is kept very well and with care.

Dopo aver percorso 500km una piacevole sosta.Facile da raggiungere.Posto accogliente, pulito, tranquillo..silenzioso.Prezzo conveniente.Proprietario cortese.Mattina con sorpresa..colazione servita alla porta.Fantastico.Torniamo!

Semplicità, confort e pulizia

Con mia moglie e mio figlio di 22 mesi abbiamo dormito in questa struttura per una notte. Già al momento della prenotazione, avvenuta telefonicamente il giorno precedente, i proprietari si sono dimostrati molto cordiali. Arrivati sul posto ci siamo trovati in un vero motel stile americano, a cui si accede da un cancello comune ad una serie di camere completamente indipendenti poste al piano terra e lontane dalla stradale nazionale. Nonostante non ce n'era bisogno, ci hanno riservato una camera tripla per consentirci di stare più comodi. Camera trovata in perfetto ordine e pulita, così come il bagno e il piazzale antistante le camere. Dopo essere usciti a cena, rientrando in camera la stanza era molto calda ci è sembrato quasi di rientrare a casa.
Il giorno successivo ci è stata servita la colazione in camera e durante la mattina abbiamo avuto il piacere di chiacchierare con il proprietario, persona eccezionale, pratica e disponibile. Dovevamo fare delle commissioni in giro e ci ha consentito di lasciare i bagagli in camera senza problemi e senza alcun costo aggiuntivo. Esperienza molto positiva, non lasciatevi ingannare dalle due stelle e soprattutto non ascoltate chi lo descrive come un posto rumoroso, visto che non è assolutamente vero. Le camere sono all'interno verso la campagna e non lungo la strada.
Personalmente se un giorno passerò da quelle parti ci tornerò, ovviamente se siete in cerca di una spa, non è il luogo che fa per voi.

CORTESIA E PULIZIA:GRAZIE!

Ho alloggiato in questo hotel un paio di notti durante il mio soggiorno in Italia ed e' stato molto piacevole: ho apprezzato i servizi offerti nelle zona (ristoranti, negozi per lo shopping etc) e la vicinanza alla città. Personale molto cortese e camera pulita. Consigliato!
