Could do better for breakfast.

Friendly and smiling welcome.
The room is large and functional, as is the bathroom, but for a 4-star hotel, it lacks a kettle with coffee and tea, a magnifying mirror, cotton swabs... and the double curtain should be hung properly as it looks neglected...
For breakfast, at 8:30 when there is no more bacon, the young girl responds to me that "too bad, there is none left," then when I point out that in principle we can have breakfast until 10, she tells me that if I want, they can prepare the bacon for me. A response that suggests she does not want to do her job...
It is unimaginable that the buffet is not restocked at 8:30..... As for the sliced bread, it is still in its packaging, not even presented on a tray. Not up to the standard of a 4-star hotel!!!

Hotel is OK, a short walk from the town. No fridge in room which i dont like, especially when its hot. Breakfast is average at best

Bad Experience

Three stars are too generous for this hotel. The service is very poor, the air conditioner is noisy and cannot be controlled. There is clear cost-cutting in the facilities. The stay was not comfortable at all. Not recommended.

Acceptable as 3 stars.

Weaknesses: dirty carpet for stairs, 4 stars are exaggerated. Basic kit in the bathroom. Room very small and unfortunately overlooking the main street so very noisy from 6 am. No kettle in the room. Ventilation system off (neither hot nor cold) and limited possibility to open the window (vases only), so I did a sweat despite being in November.
Strong points: very friendly and helpful staff, room cleaning, no carpeting in the room, rich and varied breakfast, salty and sweet with many breakfast products made by the chef. Beautiful breakfast terrace overlooking the inner park

Poor service

I arrived late there was understandably no food so I ask was there any food local the answer was I don’t know of any.
I then asked if there was a McDonald’s local the answer was oh yes just along the road
It was if it was too much trouble to tell me any info.
Rooms very average breakfast was poor
Could not recommend this hotel and would not stay here again
