STARTED WELL GONE BAD
We had a very bad experience.
Short circuit on the evening of mid-August! TO BE SAID that these are things that can happen to anyone and anywhere, which I would have understood if only we had been assisted and helped in the right way.
While dining in the restaurant unfortunately a short circuit left restaurant and first floor (where we stayed overnight) completely without electricity! Halfway through dinner we had to leave the restaurant and going to the room we had no way to open the door because the touch to enter the code was not working. No response or warning from the managers of the structure, we stayed out until midnight also missing the fireworks show scheduled for the evening of August 15. Once inside, (thanks to the poor girls in the restaurant who recovered a key) we spent the night with open balconies to let air pass since the air conditioner could not be used and of course with the noise coming from the street until morning there was no sleep. The 'tomorrow breakfast not served but we had to deduct it ourselves since no one warned us, charger burned and complete absence of a reception or a person to refer to for this discomfort. Only today 19/08 we receive an email where they assure us the refund of breakfast! More than a refund of a few euros I would have preferred to receive help or just an answer on the phone while at night we tried to get back to our room.
Too bad for the happened because the structure is new, with a nice view and very clean, but sometimes it is not all gold that glitters!
