Alberto is exceptional.
Alberto is excellent, very clean, and has large, well-furnished rooms. The welcome was exquisite. I stayed one night with my little Pekingese, and they even provided a dog bed, a pee pad, and a bowl for her. In the bathroom, I found all the products I could possibly need.
I ordered a cappuccino with soy milk in my room, and it arrived on time and was delicious.
Truly deserving of praise for everything.

Very comfortable
Very comfortable hotel in the center of Terni. It also has an outdoor garage. The rooms are spacious, clean. The latex mattress with topper guarantees a pleasant rest. There are also pillows in memory and not. Breakfast offers a wide choice of sweet, savoury and fruit. There is also a restaurant where you can dine discreetly. They also propose the pinsa. All the staff are very courteous. The only flaw was, during the dinner, the extreme slowness of the service. Our table looked transparent. To apologize they offered an extra pastry but unfortunately it was still semi-iced.

Ideal rest, shame the kitchen ...
we arrive at this Hotel through an organized trip, are planned a full board plus two half boards ...
Surely the Service comes from a contract with the tour operator, who will certainly treasure the comments to the same:
1) the MISERABLE portions of the dishes allow the waiters to go over the tables for those who want to ask for the encore ... too bad that even the encore is the SAME MISERABLE portion! and I refer to the first course as the second is not provided for the encore ...
2) we are talking about pasta first courses (certainly not lasagna or cannelloni!..) but simple pasta first courses that adding a little more in cooking, certainly does not lead to ruin ...
3) UNEQUAL Processing for those who, intolerant or not, prefer to eat without CHEESE: that portion is and that remains! There is NO encore, you have to settle ...
4) APOTEOSIS the last supper, when some diners do not like to eat pork fillet ... for them only the SIDE dish remains !!! there is no alternative, you have to be content to eat only a little vegetables ... BUT CAN YOU??!?
SHAME, really !!! because 'the kindness of the waiters deserves and even the rooms we found them always clean and clean, friends of a perfect rest ...

Gentile Signora, nel ringraziarLa per essere stata nostra gradita ospite, vorremmo fare alcune precisazioni: come da Lei correttamente indicato, il soggiorno era stato prenotato con agenzia di viaggi, tutti i menù proposti erano stati quindi comunicati ed accettati dall'agenzia. Siamo sempre disponibili ad accettare osservazioni e critiche che portino a riflessione e miglioramento ma ci permettiamo di ricordare che, quando si fa parte di un gruppo, non è possibile stravolgere il menù concordato in base ai propri gusti. L'eccezione per una persona non è un problema ma in questo caso parliamo di variazioni concesse per il pranzo di Ferragosto per ben 15 persone con cambio sia del secondo piatto che del dolce. Il nostro personale ha fatto il possibile per venire incontro alle Vostre esigenze, che consigliamo di far presenti prima dell'arrivo all'agenzia di riferimento. Siamo spiacenti per il Suo mancato gradimento così come ci fa immensamente piacere aver ricevuto ringraziamenti dalla capogruppo e dagli altri partecipanti del vostro gruppo.
