Awful hotel
Bedroom and en-suite seemed pretty dated and needed refurbishment!
Breakfast offerings were poor and very limited!
During the stay, there were no facilities for getting drinks as the bar wasn’t opened!
This hotel in reality is a 2 star hotel!
Definitely will not be returning again!

Disappointing stay!!
It is absolutely not a 4-star hotel, both for the amenities they offer and for the service provided by the waiters.
Beautiful outdoor pools, but unfortunately the only positive note.
It is not a hotel for families; it offers no comforts for little ones or for young people.
Very poor breakfast for a 4-star hotel and a very limited dinner menu. The option to choose only 3 courses in a 4-star hotel is, in my opinion, a very wrong choice.
Beyond the outdoor spaces (pool), there is nothing else to spend time on. Truly a boring stay.
We will never return.
High expectations, but unfortunately none of them were met.

Overall the stay was nice if you dont mind being away from the busy aspect of the city.
The train is nearby...a 5 minute walk if you are good with metro travel....although the tiburtini station can be confusing.....

The breakfast offerings were very basic and had no real substance!
Staff weren’t really helpful and some of the amenities were not in use!
This hotel should be considered a 2 star hotel!
I definitely won’t be a returning guest
