A natural paradise betrayed by mediocre management.
The paradox borders on ridiculous: being in a Nature Reserve — a place that by definition celebrates biodiversity, home to feline colonies, birdlife and pollinator oases — and being denied a bowl of water for your dog.
It is frankly embarrassing that in 2026, in a facility that handles hundreds of visitors daily and has restaurant and pizzeria services, staff are unable (or unwilling) to provide a primary commodity like water for a pet. To be answered negatively by those who profess to be "animal lovers" is not only disappointing, it is an ethical contradiction that clashes with the very soul of the place.
A minimum of initiative or hospitality — such as the reuse of a kitchen food container — would have been enough to avoid such a petty figure.
In summary: If the nature of the Reserve invites peace and hospitality, the management of the bar seems to go in the opposite direction. Poor service that stains the experience of an otherwise splendid place. Shameful.

Satisfactory Stay at a Nature Preserve near Tolentino
The hotel provided me with a satisfactory stay from a comfortable and large room with bath to the front desk service as well as the morning breakfast which is basically a continental breakfast.
Would I stay here again? Yes, especially in the nice weather to enjoy the nature preserve. Would I recommend it to others? Yes.

Peaceful place
Rooms are modestly furnishes but aren't missing anything, bathroom is small but spotless.
Breakfast is served downstairs, it is mostly following the local italian light breakfast, therefore there is a limited selection of eggs, ham and cheese.
Service is very kind and helpful.
