great holiday

We wanted to thank the hotel LA Rosa for the wonderful end of year holiday that allowed us to spend with serenity, carefree and fun. Professional staff, prepared and welcoming. Rooms clean and with everything you need to spend your holiday in serenity. Even on the first day we had to lower the temperature of the radiators, through the thermo valves placed on them, because they were too hot for our taste. Excellent price quality that fully reflects the humanity, seriousness and professionalism that the owners put us in the management of the structure. We will definitely return mainly for the structure but also for the area that is full of beautiful and historic places to visit.

Disappointed with everything

Since there are no more old owners I must say that there is no more comfort and food reception in the morning there is not even breakfast apart from a coffee machine the new owners are not at all available indeed you find them and you hear them in the next room talking about all the few customers staying with them... I never go back

apart from that I found cockroaches everywhere... broken taps. scarce staff, poor eating. drunkards everywhere like cockroaches .. I do not know who the employee was talking to who complained because we inquired about eating, who then made us eat at 19 and 20:30 already in the room because you do not want to work .. plus walking in the corridor I heard her talking on the phone with someone saying that the bitches did not want to pay (us) that the lady I can give him a bath of money .. pezzenti is saying little ... to not even have a bag of sugar .. people who spit in the plate where they eat .. I conclude and I address the staff of the hotel with the almost 200 € that we gave you stock up on sugar, potatoes, anti-insecticide etc etc etc.
the breakfast outside because it is not stocked with even this. having said that I do not put the video of the girl talking about us customers just because you can not do it, but I would have left even the smallness of this miserable.

Not a good hotel

We do not recommend, dirty room with dated carpet and full of stains, shower not working and the staff was indisposable.

Horrible.

Very bad experience I will never go back I don't know how hotel is still open. Room 104 didn't open the window and outside it was 34 degrees we had to sleep with a fan all night but it seemed to suffocate tirelessly my partner wanted to come away in the middle of the night but I didn't feel like going 400 km to go home. It was a nightmare.
