Hic manebimus optime!

We stayed at Locanda Valcanali a week this August, great location, simple and welcoming structure, comfortable and clean rooms, no problem with WiFi, the Owner (Mario) always available and his simple but quality cuisine. Definitely will be back

Ghost Inn

Unfortunately I can not write any review because the place seems abandoned.
If you answer the owner on the phone however do not trust.
The place is forgotten by all life.

Structure wasted in the wrong hands

The structure very nice. It would need to be run by people who put passion into it. Zero customer care. , scandalous breakfast. We're not pretentious people. But there was nothing , old cake , zero bread salami. The water has arrived at the end of “breakfast”. You couldn't have an espresso because they ran out of coffee beans. I mean fix the limit with a pod machine. We weren't on K2. The room as we left in the morning found in the evening, they did not make beds. The next day I pointed out to the host that almost amazed did not apologize and ironically told me that the towels changed them every three days. No one had asked for the change but a reorganization and normal to do it. He asked us 10€ more for proposing a room with a better view. We agreed to it. 25€ for the little dog. Okay accepted. No, we're controversial. Never mind. He'll never see us again. And from ‘andazzo it seems to me that it is already very scarce to customers. It looked like a ghost hotel. We hope that for the benefit of the beautiful structure it will soon be taken over by people who have passion in what they do. And I keep quiet about some things that happened. Why not. I don't want to lash out any further.

a place where you feel good!

Val Canali and Prati Piereni were a wonderful place to spend my holidays in the Dolomites. From the hotel there is a panoramic view of meadows, forests and Dolomite peaks, you can walk starting from the hotel, or quickly reach the beginning of many paths by car.
The staff is welcoming, the food is excellent and plentiful from breakfast onwards and at dinner I have always found the choice between typical dishes and others. The night is really quiet here, it's a place where you feel good!

Wish we could visit again

We visited in April this year and had a wonderful time. This was a very relaxing place to go and did not have any negatives. The whole premises were spotlessly clean, the service was faultless and we were made very welcome
