Sustainability and quality of service.

We stayed for only one night, but the experience was truly excellent: the room was well-furnished, clean, and quiet. Excellent breakfast with a well-stocked gluten-free corner. Homemade cakes and desserts, juice, cereals, and a very varied sweet and savory breakfast.

Disappointed by this year's stay

Unfortunately, we did not enjoy our recent stay. Although we had requested a room on the 1st or 2nd floor half a year ago, we received (in contrast to the very nice room from a few years ago) a very small room with a tiny bathroom on the ground floor at the very back, with the explanation that the house was full and everyone else had booked before us (which I highly doubt). The air conditioning could not be set higher than 22 degrees, which was too cold for me personally (with an outside temperature of 30 degrees). The bathroom was not clean (hair and dirt in the shower edges). It was particularly annoying that, despite the satellite system, the TV only showed ARD and the reception is no longer staffed after 8 p.m., which might have been able to help here. So I had to 'enjoy' the World Cup semi-final between Argentina and England on my cell phone via streaming. The only positive thing was the very friendly and dedicated staff. The lady at the reception helped us find my wife's handbag that was lost in Trento, and the lady in charge of breakfast anticipated our every wish. Ultimately, however, I will no longer recommend the hotel to friends.

What a pity...

Truly eco-friendly hotel. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Excellent breakfast. Located in a residential area overlooking a street that is difficult to find. The dining staff is available and friendly. Limited parking; it was not possible to find a spot to park the motorcycle sheltered from the impending rain. We also encountered a lot of rigidity regarding check-in, which is strictly by 8:00 PM. The reception staff was inflexible and not very accommodating to our (reasonable) requests.

Clean hotel in both rooms and common areas

Friendly and helpful staff
Comfortable and comfortable beds
Kettle and infusions available in the room

Great and varied breakfast with quality products and always stocked to satisfy all guests
Hotel with a relaxing atmosphere
Satisfied with the stay
Basically nothing negative
The hotel parking is not enough for all guests but in the immediate vicinity there are free parking lots which in summer I assume are often all occupied.
However it is not a bad fact in my opinion, knowing the area of Torbole and Riva del Garda

What a surprise!!

The Ecohotel Bonapace was a real surprise! Structure relatively new or recently renovated, room not very large, but clean and cared for and especially WITHOUT carpet!! The bathroom one of the most beautiful seen in the hotel - small, but well laid out. The pride of this structure is the green philosophy: no disposable plastic, local products and km 0. Great sweet and savory breakfast!
