I stayed at the Secret B&B during my vacation in Trapani and I could not have made a better choice.
The location is perfect: a few steps from the historic center and the port, very convenient for reaching the Egadi Islands and visiting the city on foot. The property is taken care of in the smallest details, housed in a beautiful historic building, with very clean, quiet and welcoming rooms.
The real added value, however, is the hospitality. Loredana and the entire staff are people of rare kindness: always smiling, helpful, and ready to give valuable advice on beaches, restaurants, and places to visit. They make you feel like a guest and not simply a customer.
Breakfast was a wonderful surprise, with fresh products and homemade sweets prepared with care.
If you are looking for a B&B where you can truly feel at home, in a strategic location and with hospitality that leaves a mark, the Secret B&B is the right choice. If I return to Trapani, I already know where I will stay.

Outstanding service
I don't normally write reviews, however in this case I absolutely want to. I had (or thought I had) a reservation for a two night visit in June. When we arrived in the late afternoon, there was some confusion, but it was eventually clear that I had made a mistake in the reservation process. Instead of sending us on our way with a "good luck!" the woman who was working went out of her way to find us another nearby place, and even walked us there personally All with kindness, good humor, and an excellent coffee. Rest assured that we will definitely stay at Secret B&B for our next visit to Trapani - but with a confirmed reservation!

Welcoming, friendly, and a homey atmosphere.
We spent four nights in beautiful Trapani and needed a comfortable base in the center and near the ferry departures for the Egadi Islands. We chose this B&B, which had excellent reviews, and we were extremely satisfied.
We arrived in the evening and were greeted with great courtesy, providing us with plenty of information to make our stay even more enjoyable. The room was spacious, very clean, and quite quiet. The breakfast was excellent, with many special pastries. Loredana, Rosy, and their staff were very attentive to all our needs, and it was nice to chat with them during breakfast in a truly family-like environment. If we return to Trapani, we will have no doubts about where to stay... try Secret for yourselves too!!!
