Beautiful location up above the town. Great views. Family run hotel where the staff, (Family) really goes way above the normal to make you feel welcome.

Dream weekend at Lake Como.
We highly recommend this hotel!
The welcome is very warm, the family members who run it are very available, even to greet us a bit late, always very smiling and friendly.
The hotel is very well located on the heights, in a quiet neighborhood with a magnificent view of the lake. There are not many rooms, so it is very quiet, perfect for a romantic weekend. There are many things to do nearby, visits to the Carlotta and Balbianello Villas, visits to the villages of Bellagio and Menaggio, and beautiful hikes on the trails (the Greenway, for example). We received a lot of very useful advice, especially regarding boat and bus schedules, free parking spots, and good restaurants. The pool is very pleasant after a busy day. Some rooms have a small private terrace with sun loungers. The breakfast is complete, and you can have it outside on the terrace with a view of the lake, which is very pleasant.
There is a parking lot where we always find a place to park.
A small downside regarding our room, a shower that is a bit narrow and whose shower screen leaks a little, so some water floods the bathroom floor.

A charming hotel with a great welcome ideal a peaceful stay at Lake Como
The location of the hotel was quiet and peaceful with beautiful views of the lake and mountains.
It is a man-sized hotel (18 rooms) with a remarkable welcome from guests (much superior to what we usually encounter in 4 or 5 star hotels. The hotel is managed as a family, paying great attention to the well-being and satisfaction of guests.
The people at the reception speak French perfectly as well as other foreign languages (German, English) and they give relevant and useful advice to visit this beautiful region of Lake Como.
I also appreciated the speed and accuracy of the email responses regarding my booking.
Our room (#203) was spacious, well appointed with a bedroom and a comfortable bathroom. The facilities (closet with drawers, small mini bar fridge, tables and chairs, code safe) were sufficient and functional.
The room was well soundproofed without any noise disturbance from the neighboring rooms.
The breakfast buffet was taken in a large room, with tables sufficiently spaced to limit noise, with a nice view of the lake. There was a wide choice of sweet (pastries, pastries) and savoury (local cold cuts, boiled eggs, cheeses), yogurt, fresh fruit, very regularly renewed. The rolls were excellent and very varied. Hot drinks (espresso coffees, capuccino, infusions) were good and natural and sparkling mineral water bottles as well as various juices were available.
Cleanliness was perfect (room, hallway, reception, breakfast room).
Outdoor parking was really convenient with enough spaces for vehicles.
The Wi-Fi connection worked perfectly during the stay.
In the evening, by ordering before 17:30 at the reception, it was possible to dine on site simple and good dishes (salads or cold meats as a starter, pasta or lasagna dishes, and some desserts).
A pleasant little stony road leads to the Tremezzo pier and the Villa Carlotta (about ten minutes downhill, about twenty minutes uphill while being a good walker).
Besides visiting the beautiful villages of Bellagio, Varenna, Menaggio, Lenno nearby by car, I recommend hiking trails around. We went from the hotel to the Church of San Martino which offers a splendid panorama of Lake Como; we also enjoyed the greenway of Lake Como.
Even if the shower in our room was functional, it could be even better with the installation of a walk-in shower.
The dinner dishes were good with excellent value for money.
Some improvements seem to me still possible for an even more perfect experience: Put one or two pizzas on the dinner menu, and make portions of pasta dishes a little more generous.
It is really nice to meet such friendly managers and staff with the customers. CONGRATULATIONS!!!!

Customer care in a very comfortable environment
I start immediately with compliments for the kindness and attention to the customer that the whole family that manages the hotel shows towards the customer, always available for any need or advice, without being intrusive.
Also noteworthy is the speed and completeness of the responses via email when booking.
The property is small and therefore offers tranquility outside the town center, in a beautiful panoramic position on Lake Como.
We had a large and well furnished family room with living room, sleeping area and comfortable bathroom with large shower: we always slept peacefully without suffering any disturbance at night.
The breakfast buffet offers a wide choice of products from sweet to savoury, constantly integrated: it is served in a pleasantly furnished room overlooking the lake.
The comfortable outdoor parking completes an excellent overall picture, supplemented by some parking spaces in the covered garage and an excellent wifi signal.
Unfortunately the restaurants can only be reached by car, although in a few minutes by road. In any case, the hotel offers ready meals and a choice of sandwiches.
Also to add that, for those of us who love walking you can start on foot from the hotel to reach various routes, including the beautiful Greenway of Lake Como.
