Great weekend

beautiful villa facing the lake. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast served at the table (both sweet and savory).
Our room was very spacious and clean. The villa is close to the ferry to move to the various locations of the lake.

Beautiful Villa on Lake Como

My wife and I stayed at Villa La Mirabella for 3 days as a base for exploring the Lake Como area. The villa is conveniently located near the Griante and Tremezzo ferry terminals which provides access to all the surrounding towns including Menaggio, Bellagio and Varenna. The villa sits on beautiful grounds with a pool and large outdoor patio area to admire the lake. Parking for those who drive is available on-site. Paolo and Stefano were wonderful hosts providing a delicious breakfast each morning and dinner (upon evening request). The rooms are large, clean and decorated in period furnishings. Villa La Mirabella is a must for consideration if visiting the area.

A wonderful experience

We spent a wonderful holiday in this hotel overlooking Lake Como, in a really lovely location, right in front of Bellagio. At the entrance you are greeted by a beautiful garden full of flowers, while the whole hotel is surrounded by plants and trees of all kinds.
The back part, which gently climbs up to the pool, is surrounded by a well-kept green: in April, with the blooms in full splendor, it is a sight for the eyes.
The interiors of the hotel are furnished in a classic style, with well-preserved antique furniture and fine ceramics. The breakfast room inside overlooks the lake, offering a magnificent view to enjoy along with a great breakfast, prepared and served with kindness and attention. When the season allows breakfast can be served on the outdoor terrace facing the lake.
The rooms, spacious and comfortable, have terraces overlooking the lake and the beautiful Bellagio pearl of the place. At sunset, the imposing mountains behind the village offer breathtaking colors that remain in the heart.
In conclusion, a wonderful holiday that we will remember forever. The things seen in the hotel inside and out would be many to illustrate, but we limited ourselves to those that we appreciated the most.

Mirabella has our heart!

I miss Villa La Mirabella already! My husband and I stayed here for 7 nights, along with 5 other family members, and we cannot stop talking about how special this Villa is. First, Paolo and the staff were so kind and welcoming. We learned the history of the Villa which made it extra special. We really enjoyed the early morning breakfast downstairs, the pool behind the Villa, and the proximity and views of the lake. We slept very well, felt safe, comfortable, and at ease.

Loving the Lake

The rooms, villa and service of staff (Paulo and Stefano) was amazing. We had the best two days here and the nightly meals were authentic and delicious. It is a beautiful haven to escape from the busy Como scene.
