Fantastic

This b&b is simply fantastic. The owners are very friendly, the room are extremely clean, breakfast is great: what can you want more? It is located in the outskirts of Trieste, which you can easily reach either by car or by public transportation. The owner will give you many suggestions for nice places to see, especially so if you like war related stuff, such as bunkers and the like. Parking nearby is easy and free. I'll come back here for sure next time I'll visit the region!

A true gem of a B&B just outside Triest

We accidently came upon this B&B just 3,5 km outside of the centre of Triest on the hills overviewing the Adriatic sea. A lovely couple runs this place. They live on the first floor of this old mansion and the second floor is b&b. The interior is very tasteful and super clean. There is a big kitchen where you can cook your own meal if you want and where breakfast is served in the morning. Vulvia and her husband really want to make you feel at home. This was a very nice place and a recommendation if you want to go to Triest!

Vacanza magnifica... struttura da sogno!

Quattro giorni intensi e meravigliosi in cui abbiamo visitato Trieste, la grotta Gigante di Sgonico, la città romana di Aquileia e Grado (tutti a breve distanza in auto). Come si vede dalle descrizioni e foto che si trovano in internet (assolutamente veritiere!) questa casa-vacanze è vicinissima al centro, pulitissima, con arredamento di grande gusto e fascino, cucina ben attrezzata con a disposizione acqua, caffè, tè, condimenti, prodotti per la pulizia e biancheria. Indimenticabili gli aperitivi al tramonto sulla terrazza vista mare (in lontananza biancheggia il Castello Miramare di Massimiliano e Carlotta). Apprezzato anche il giardino con laghetto delle oche per passeggiare col cane. Impossibile non desiderare di tornare!

Capodanno a Trieste

Ospitalità eccezionale, il tutto in una cornice armoniosa e molto raffinata, la simpatia e la disponibilità del titolare è davvero grande. Speriamo di tornare per ritrovare le meraviglie di Trieste e l' Esperia B&B. Marco e Gloria.

Meraviglioso! Excellent place!

Bellissimo posto appena fuori Trieste, parcheggio davanti a casa, vista imperdibile sul golfo. Il posto è raggiungibile anche con l'autobus, la fermata è davanti a casa. Grande terrazza dove mangiare e rilassarsi. L'appartamento è curatissimo e arredato con gusto. Colazione ottima con pane e croissant freschi. Possibilità di usare la cucina e soggiorno poiché i proprietari abitano al piano di sotto. I proprietari sono gentilissimi e servizievoli, ci hanno dato tanti consigli utili per visitare la zona. Un posto dove tornare e da consigliare!
