I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I can say without hesitation that it was simply an exceptional experience! From the very first moment, I was welcomed with a warm smile and impeccable professionalism from the staff, who were always available and attentive to every need. The rooms are spacious, elegantly furnished, and meticulously maintained, with incredibly comfortable beds that ensure a perfect rest. The cleanliness is impeccable. The common areas are also refined and welcoming, creating a relaxing and pleasant atmosphere. The hotel's location is ideal, convenient for reaching the main attractions, yet at the same time quiet, perfect for relaxation. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking comfort, quality, and impeccable service.

Music to the ears of tourists...!

Very elegant and refined hotel, in an optimal position to have at hand all the main attractions of Trieste. The rooms are comfortable, clean, spacious, tidy; courtesy kit with good products. The very rich and varied breakfast buffet, which also includes local specialties; special mention for the cream and strawberry tart and for the one with pears and chocolate!
The staff is always kind, caring and welcoming; very ready to meet every request!
Value for money perfectly in line with the services offered. Highly recommended!

Hospitality and professionalism

On holiday in Trieste for a short time, we stayed at this hotel that I did not know...
The reception is very original and elegant with musical theme inserts...
Rooms: comfortable and cozy, very comfortable bed, good soundproofing. Upon arrival in the room you will find a welcome kit that is renewed with each day of stay.
The bathroom is not very large, but it is functional and with designer furniture.
The very pleasant feature is the shower: giant shower head with rain jet ☔... fantastic ❤...
Breakfast is well stocked and varied, in a very nice and welcoming environment.
Kindness and professionalism here are at home... local suitable for all age groups, including families. Prices in line with the local and in any case not exaggerated.
If you decide to stay in Trieste for a holiday or just for business, this hotel is an excellent solution...

They finally say good morning instead of asking for your credit card right away

It deserves the wording of the title because they do not ask for the credit card before staying but in the end as it is correct.
The rooms are sufficient but not great and the breakfast can be improved... however recommended for both the location and the staff

Good location, comfortable.

Fairly small hotel very well located about 5 minutes’ walk from P. Borsa or the canal area. We relocated to here after arriving at a different hotel we had booked which turned out to be awful. They couldn’t have been more helpful and accommodating. We ended up booking into a suite and the contrast with the ‘cell’ from which we’d escaped couldn’t have been greater. We had ample space, proper storage, and clean bedding. That said, had we been booked here initially we might have been more concerned with some surprising deficiencies. No tissues, desk space, clothes drawers, kettle, tea or coffee making gear; 5 chairs but no armchair, dodgy air-conditioning. The room was surprisingly spartan for a suite. Breakfast is typical small Italian hotel, tinned fruit, no hot cooked food, lots of bread and cake, cheese and meats, all served very clean and neat. Overall we enjoyed our stay.
