No view to the sea

OK. You get what you paid for. And I was looking for an affordable accommodation near the cruise terminal. With a small trolley, it is pretty walkable, but with larger bags, it's better to take a taxi. They do not offer any food, but you can find everything around the corner, as the pedestrian shopping zone is within five minutes. Do not be surprised if you do not see a large lobby. Some apartments of a residential building are part of a complex. Everything is clean, but some modernisation of the furniture and a freshening of the colors would make it nicer. I was somewhat disappointed because the description mentioned that the room I booked should have a view. Even if I had a room with a sea view, it would be facing a square, and when you put your head out and turn to the right, you would see some water. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The reception is not occupied 24/7, but when you call, someone will come by within minutes and solve your problem, as if you did not know that the power supply is an obstrusive switch far away in the middle of the wall above a bed. Great to sleep and stay most of the time outside to discover the city.

structure not to be tested

Great location, very close to the center. Cleanliness quite poor, with furniture and objects inside the apartment old and not working. The owner tries to be nice, but without succeeding, resulting picky. It is difficult to sleep well, as under the residence there is a chaotic bar, with very loud music until about 2.30 am.

Centrally located

Great location, spacious apartment, nice staff, public parking nearby (with luck you'll catch one of the highly sought after free parking spaces)
In the evening it can get a bit louder as there are bars directly opposite (for young audiences), but at 00:00 at least the music is over
We have been here for the second time and would love to come back

Trieste beautiful city, to see once in a lifetime

The residence is in a great location, not far from the beautiful Piazza Unità d Italia, with bars and various restaurants nearby. BUT...there are some things to review. The cleaning of the premises is taken care of, but on the bed there is no mattress topper and in the gullet covers.On the sofa some cushions had poorly cleaned covers some stained.In the bathroom , the shower arm was broken (impossible not to see?) a burned mirror lamp
Finally, toilet paper roll started, without having a spare one. In addition, a non-working abat'jour
Small details that leave something to be desired
The owner kind and polite, but should check more.

Review

Very spacious, modern rooms with all comforts. Excellent location in the center of Trieste. Unfortunately the staff were a little rude and entered the room without knocking and the bed was stained. Despite everything I will return. TVs and beds need improvement
