The BEST option in Turin by far

We spent a week at the Duparc in Turin along with our small dog and we absolutely loved this hotel. The hotel is a short walk away from the park which was perfect for the dog and a 10 min bus to the city center (you can also walk). The hotel feels very fresh and new and our room was INCREDIBLE. It's really an apartment. We had an entry hall, half bath, full kitchen, living and dining room and a bedroom with en suite bathroom. The room was enormous and very comfortable. It faced the beautiful hillside with trees and gorgeous homes. The hotel offers a lovely buffet breakfast and private parking in the back of the hotel. There is a spa downstairs but we didn't get a chance to visit this time. We won't consider staying anywhere else in Turin and will definitely be back.

Dear Alex,
Thank you so much for taking the time to write such a wonderful review following your stay with us.
We are thrilled to read that your week at DUPARC was so memorable and that you felt right at home in our spacious apartment-style suite. It is delightful to know that you enjoyed the scenic hillside views, our breakfast buffet, and the convenience of our location near the park and city center, which served as a perfect setting for walks with your dog.
We would be delighted to welcome you and your four-legged companion back to Turin, hopefully with enough time to experience a relaxing moment at our SPA during your next visit.

Comfortable stay in Turin

We enjoyed our stay here at Duparc Suites, was a very comfortable three nights in Turin. This was our first stop in Italy, and was a smooth ~2 hour drive from Milan Malpensa airport. Location is perfect if you are driving, as they have a carpark within the property and it is nearby the city centre (and ZTL area). Hence convenient enough if you would like to drive around. The rooms were nice and spacious, and had fully equipped kitchen and washing machine. We had a 2 bedroom unit for our family of three (with daughter) and my parents took a separate one bedroom unit. Hence a spacious and comfortable setup for the family. The rooms are nicely furnished and everything seems quite new – am guessing the renovations were fairly recent. Only trouble is some stairs and lack of direct connection between the carpark and the main elevators to the rooms. Just something to keep in mind if you’re planning on travelling with older relatives. The staff at the front desk were always very helpful.

Dear Kevin,
We sincerely appreciate you sharing another wonderful review of your recent stay with us.
It is a pleasure to know that DUPARC served as a comfortable and smooth starting point for your trip to Italy. We are thrilled that your family enjoyed the generous space of our suites, as well as the convenience of our private parking and location. Knowing that our front desk team left such a positive impression means a great deal to us.
Regarding the connection between the carpark and the elevators, the architectural structure of our building regrettably prevents us from creating a direct link to the suite floors. We appreciate you mentioning this, as it serves as a helpful note for guests traveling with elderly family members.
Thank you once again for your kind words. We would be delighted to welcome you and your family back whenever your travels bring you back to Turin.

Let down and very disappointed the holiday didn’t go to plan

We recently stayed at DUPARC Contemporary Suites in Turin and unfortunately our experience was extremely disappointing.
On arrival, our suite was unbearably hot. Considering we had paid for one of the more expensive suites, this was not what we expected. We raised the issue with reception, who offered us an alternative room, but it was significantly smaller and not comparable to the suite we had booked and paid for. As a result, we remained in our original room and spent the entire stay feeling uncomfortable, constantly sweating and struggling with the heat.
To make matters worse, there was a power cut during our stay which left us without electricity and water. This caused significant inconvenience and further impacted our enjoyment of the trip.
We also experienced a plumbing issue in our bathroom when a pipe broke and leaked water all over the toilet floor, creating both a mess and a safety concern.
In addition, one member of staff at breakfast was unnecessarily rude when returning an item to the bar. We received felt dismissive and unprofessional, which left a poor impression.
While some members of staff were polite when issues were reported, the number and severity of problems we encountered meant that our stay fell far below expectations. For a hotel of this standard and price point, we expected a much more comfortable and reliable experience. However the hotel itself is super clean, tidy and well kept and the majority of the staff were friendly.
Overall, our stay was unfortunately a disaster and not the experience we had hoped for. Based on our experience, we would not choose to stay here again.

Dear Mike,
Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback regarding your recent stay with us.
We are deeply sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations, or ours. We always aim to provide a seamless and comfortable environment, and it is clear that a combination of unfortunate events significantly impacted your time in Turin.
Regarding the temperature in your suite, we sincerely apologize for the discomfort caused by the air conditioning malfunction. Please rest assured that our team offered the only alternative available within the exact same category you booked. Because of the unique contemporary architecture of our historic building, our suites are designed with completely individual layouts and configurations, meaning no two rooms are identical.
The power outage you experienced was part of a major city-wide municipal failure caused by the exceptional 40°C heatwave affecting Turin. While this external event was entirely beyond our control and impacted the local water supply, we completely understand the severe inconvenience it caused. To ensure our future guests are never affected by such city grid failures again, we have already secured a powerful back-up generator that will guarantee the complete, independent operation of our property regardless of external conditions.
We also regret the plumbing issue that occurred in your bathroom. While our maintenance team always strives to react immediately, we understand how distressing and inconvenient a leak can be.
Most importantly, we are deeply concerned by your comments regarding the staff member at breakfast. An unprofessional or dismissive attitude is entirely unacceptable and runs contrary to our core principles of hospitality. We have already addressed this directly with our food and beverage management team to ensure our usual standards of courtesy are consistently maintained.
While we are glad you noted the cleanliness of the hotel and the friendliness of the majority of our team, we deeply regret that the accumulation of these issues resulted in such a disappointing experience. Your feedback is invaluable to us as we continuously work to refine our services.

Great stay, easy check and the staff were always friendly and helpful. The parking was very secure but the spaces were really tight. The cleaning crew were amazing. Would definitely go again next time we are in Turin.

Four and a half stars

Clean, well-equipped rooms. Friendly staff. Considering the distance away from the city centre, I would have hoped parking would be less expensive on site.
The breakfast was very good, restaurant a bit pricey.
The suite has a microwave and fridge and coffee making, but no sink or crockery so cooking and eating isn't a simple task

Dear Dave,
Thank you for taking the time to share your review and for your high rating.
We are pleased to hear that you found your suite clean and well-equipped, and that you enjoyed our very good breakfast and the friendly hospitality of our team.
We appreciate your constructive feedback regarding the parking and restaurant pricing. Unlike our Junior Suites, these specific categories feature fully equipped kitchens, making them perfect for guests seeking maximum independence alongside all the comfort of the hotel.
We hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you back in the future.
