Romantic Villa right next to the Station.

After we organised how to get into the appartment, we were pleasantly surprised. A beautiful old villa awaited with a shared kitchen containing everything needed for heating up food and making coffees. The bathroom was modern, but tight on space, however the bedroom had plenty of space, storage and a large comfortable bed. There were very few other guests so we did not experience any of the negative issues mentioned by other reviewers about noise and smells. The outside balcony area was very attractive and enjoyable for sitting and relaxing. The various keys needed for entry are a bit fiddly until you get used to them and the area around the station seems a bit rough but we did not have any problems while there.

Excellent!

Excellent location, clean and quiet room! Easy access to the center and supermarkets, convenient for taking the train. I highly recommend!

Turin Turin

Location next to the station new door..... entrance and terrible stairs ..... not even switches for light.. dated rooms but clean. Nice terrace... convenient location in the center but being next to the station we say it is not very popular...

Great location

Enjoyed 2 very peaceful nights in a beautiful room literally a stones throw from the main station across a busy road. The host Lele was very helpful regarding checking in and anything else that I may need. There's a very good kitchen on site and things like water, juice, snacks etc are provided. Location wise it was perfect, you may get a few homeless people about but I felt perfectly safe and the accommodation is like Fort Knox. My room was tastefully decorated, had access to a huge balcony and compared to other city centre hotels was huge. I need to return to Turin soon and will choose the same apartment again.

Fantastico !!!!!!

La terrazza di San Salvario is close to Porta Nuova Train Station, only 4 minutes walk. It is located on Via Nizza just under the 'Portici'. The hosts are very welcoming and caring and they do anything to help you out during your stay in Turin. They gladly offer you a map of the city and show you the main 'things to see and do ' in Turin. Rooms are spotlessly clean and all have a private shower and toilet and a TV is also available. Breakfast is served in the kitchen and everything placed on the table is fresh. WiFi is available FREE OF CHARGE and the signal is excellent. Since I visit Turin occasionally, I have now made La Terrazza di San Salvario 'la mia casa a Torino' ( my home in Turin ). Highly recommended !!
