Wonderful stay with exceptional service from Gabriel

We stayed at NH Torino Centro on 10 July 2026 and had a great experience. The location is excellent, the hotel is comfortable, and as Platinum members we were very happy with the upgrade to a Junior Suite. The breakfast was also excellent.
The highlight of our stay was Gabriel at the reception. On our way to the hotel, we had a problem with a highway toll ticket. The machine did not accept our card, the instructions were only in Italian, and we did not know how to solve it.
When we arrived and explained the situation, Gabriel immediately offered to help. Although it was not his responsibility, he kindly took the time to assist us and helped us resolve the payment. His patience, kindness, and genuine care made a stressful situation disappear.
Klod was also very helpful and supportive. Thank you both for your warm hospitality.
NH Hotel should be proud to have team members like Gabriel. He truly represents the meaning of excellent service. We will definitely return when we visit Turin again.

Everything was excellent, nothing to complain about, personalized attention and a genuine interest in understanding despite the language barrier.

The room, in which I received an upgrade, was up to the usual standards of NH hotels, which includes breakfast and facilities. Total enjoyment
