An excellent stay

The hotel is not cheap, but it is not expensive for the quality of the service and the facility. The location is excellent if you arrive by car and there is a large and convenient garage, even if it is for a fee. The staff was very kind and efficient; I had booked a superior triple and they upgraded me to a very large suite. Breakfast is expensive, but if you have an appetite, it is worth the money it costs. The only flaws: the soundproofing from the street is not great, if there is noise you can hear it, although nothing dramatic, some details of the room show signs of wear, and the lighting has unintuitive controls. Furthermore, if you want to experience the center by going out on foot, a more central hotel is better.

NH hotel Torino centro an excellent choice

The professionalism and friendliness of the staff are certainly excellent.
In our opinion, the most important things in a short stay like ours are cleanliness, silence, and having a good breakfast.
In this hotel, all our needs were amply met.
Breakfast amply satisfies the tastes of those who prefer both savory and sweet, with a wide variety of fresh and excellent quality products.
Also during this phase of the stay, the staff was attentive and professional.

Comfortable, clean, kind staff

Just one night, we appreciated the extreme kindness of the staff, both for a need to place medicines in a cold area, and for fixing the room TV that had frozen. Standard room excellently clean. Abundant continental breakfast with good quality and variety of products. I recommend this hotel without any hesitation.

The best staff ever! They were so helpful when we lost an item in the taxi transport from the airport - huge thank you to both of them at reception. -true stars - great service way beyond what can be expected ! So kind and helpful!
