Convenient. And comfortable

We stayed at this property for only one night, as we were passing through, and we had a really great time.
A special thanks to Federico at the front desk, who welcomed us with great professionalism, providing us with all the necessary information and showing a lot of attention toward our dog as well.
The breakfast was also excellent, varied, and high-quality.
Recommended! We will definitely return.

Calm and pleasant region for couples and families.
Mountains, lakes, vineyards, monuments, churches...

A comfortable landing spot

Hotel located in an excellent position and easily accessible: near the center and the commercial activities of the northern area of Udine. Bicycles available for free use
Rooms: very clean, well soundproofed but a bit dated
Bed: comfortable and spacious
Minibar: basic with two small bottles of water offered per night
Staff: very kind and attentive to every need
Parking: free outdoor and paid underground parking
Breakfast: rich and varied
Dining: not available; there are restaurants in the area reachable on foot

Clean room, very helpful staff, great AC . Good breakfast. Cold beer reasonably priced in the bar. Only downside is no restaurant but a great restaurant a 3min walk away. Would stay again

Courteous and helpful welcome - not obvious - from the first telephone contact.
The positive impact continued on arrival and continued during the stay and at check out: friendly staff and attentive to customer needs.
Great room, spacious; thorough cleaning.
Rich breakfast buffet, responding to different eating habits, good products.
Five stars.
