Beautiful.

Beautiful hotel with fantastic views of Porta Aquileia and all that Udine has to offer. Great service and cleanliness of the room, plus the kindness of the staff and the great breakfast
The location is perfect, a stone's throw and you are immediately in the center

Of a unique decay.. A distant employee, a decrepit entrance, poorly organized, rooms even worse.. terrible stay

Comfortable hotel, convenient for travel by train and bus in the towns near Udine.

Comfortable hotel both in the city center and at the train and bus station.Clean and quiet room, top mattresses.Breakfast plentiful and variata.Personale reception very kind and helpful, especially the young boy.The room also equipped with a kettle and various types of tea.Relax and comfort.

Bad smell in the room

A terrible smell in the room, dirty walls, thick dust on the light fixtures. The rest was ruined. Bad smell from blankets and curtains. Feels like you've had more than one drink or smoke in your room.
The staff is good, the hotel itself is also quite good.

We will come back, great for cyclists.

With friends a bike ride from Tarvis to Grado. Overnight at Udine Hotel Cristallo. Very friendly reception at reception. Free parking in the locked underground car park, own bicycle area with sockets for the chargers. Room and bathroom large enough. Friendly breakfast room, adequate breakfast, friendly service. Location near the old town and 200 m from the marked Alps Adriatic cycle path.
