Friendly professionally acting staff. Reception area was under reconstruction but it hardly effected the stay. Room was of nice standard with separate balcony overlooking the swimmingpool with exclusive access to the pool.
Nice breakfast with a lot of varieties, maybe a bit too much cake.
Parking area close by reception

Slept well, quality services

I stayed two nights at the Hotel Là di Moret during the POCT Master and Congress in Udine and the experience was definitely positive.
I slept very well: the Business room is modern, clean and well maintained, with a very comfortable bed and functional and impeccable bathroom.
Great breakfast, very varied and with quality products. Also appreciated the aperitif at the bar, tasty and well organized.
I particularly welcome the great attention paid to celiac disease, an aspect that is not obvious and managed competently.
The staff is professional, friendly and always ready to solve any needs.
Price in line with the services offered.
Hotel recommended for both leisure stays and conference events.

Good and bad but not 4 star

Booked this hotel as it’s supposed to be 4 star. Located on a busy road and next door to a cheap supermarket, the location is out of the town but on transport routes. It’s a nice hotel from the outside and the public area and breakfast rooms are welcoming but dated.
BAD THINGS
I booked a triple room and didn’t get one. It was supposed to have three beds - this is my biggest complaint. Small room with two singles pushed together to make a superking??! Why when I needed three beds. Also the “third” bed was a folding camp bed which blocked the fridge door and took up all of the floor space so you couldn’t use the mirror or fridge. Not only that, the mattress was old and thin and the springs had gone. There were 2 slats missing on the camp bed and a third one broken so the mattress fell through the bed. Tried to complain but was met with “no more rooms” and shrugging. Not interested. Made for an uncomfortable two nights. Shower in bathroom was poor with water coming out over the top of the shower head and not actually going through the shower head. Chunks of skirting missing but was very clean and sheets were spotless. This is not a four star room.
GOOD THING
The breakfast was great, plenty of hot coffee and fresh food, cooked, pastries, cereals etc etc loved it. The mini bar was well priced too which was good, stocked with water, fruit juice and beers. The best thing about the room was the air conditioning. It was brilliant, after 38 degrees heat we returned to 19 degrees room! We didn’t eat in the restaurant but it looked delicious and well priced.
All in all if the staff had dealt with the bed issue it would have been so much better.

Quite a good value for money overall.

Hotel located on the outskirts of Udine, good service, room (in my case for 4 people) spacious, but the two extra beds were very soft; I imagine the mattresses must have been quite old. But I believe they need to improve in
the breakfast, although it was quite good overall, in my opinion, there was a lack of variety of jams (there was only one type) and they need to improve in quality.

Great hotel about a 10 minute drive from the station with free parking onsite. Breakfast in the morning is €9 and well worth it. There is a restaurant in the hotel which is a little pricy compared to the local restaurants. The room is good, the bedroom is a little old but in relatively good condition and the bathroom has been recently renovated and in good condition, except in my room the shower leaked at the base so after every shower there would be a lot of water on the floor, nothing some towels can’t fix but it shouldn’t really be a standard that is accepted for a hotel like this. Other than that the hotel is very good value for money.
