Hotel a due passi dal molo di Torre San Giovanni. Stanze ben curate. In questo periodo tutto molto tranquillo. Le spiagge pubbliche o a pagamento sono un po' lontane, ma il mare è splendido. Attenti allo scirocco.

Esperienza pessima!

Ho soggiornato presso questa struttura con il mio ragazzo nella prima settimana di Agosto e sin dall’inizio l’approccio con il personale è stato scoraggiante sia per quanto riguarda il check-in sia per raggiungere l’hotel. Ci vengono consegnate le chiavi della stanza e, appena aperta la porta, troviamo il faretto dell’entrata penzolante. Subito dopo ci rendiamo conto della scarsa illuminazione dell’ambiente e della mancanza degli asciugamani piccoli per il bidet. Sempre per quanto riguarda la biancheria, prendiamo l’asciugamano grande per le mani ed immediatamente ne constatiamo l’indecente usura (allego foto). Le problematiche della stanza non finiscono qui! Luce dello specchio del bagno che si accende per metà, spazio tra doccia e wc piccolissimo, balconcino sprovvisto di stendino per far asciugare i teli mare, federa del cuscino piena di “pallini”, anche quest’ultima estremamente logora, camera grande ma spazi gestiti male. Le uniche due note positive sono state la posizione ottimale della struttura, sia per accedere ai lidi sia per raggiungere il centro, e la colazione al bar servita da ragazze gentilissime e disponibili.
Veniamo all’ultima nota dolente: il proprietario dell’ “hotel”. Completamente assente, distaccato dagli ospiti e davvero poco empatico. Ho dovuto anticipare il check-out per un lutto familiare e non si è dimostrato assolutamente compassionevole nell’accordare un pagamento ridotto per le notti usufruite. Solo su insistenza del mio fidanzato si è giunti ad un compromesso. Un’esperienza da dimenticare.

Una seconda casa

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura per una settimana. Semplicemente...ci siamo sentiti come a casa!!!!Posizione strategica, camera ampia e silenziosa con tutti i comfort, gentilezza dello staff, altissimo livello di pulizia faranno di questo posto la meta anche delle nostre prossime vacanze!!!
