Great staff, great food and great location made for a great 4 day hiking trip

We had a wonderful four days at this authentic little old Italian hotel conveniently perched above Ortisei. Zeki and his mum, Natalia, looked after us with an attention to detail and friendliness that made us feel at home. Great staff, great location, great food and good fun.

Welcoming enjoyment in an authentic atmosphere at Hotel Villa Emilia

Our stay at Hotel Villa Emilia was a particularly pleasant experience. From the moment of arrival we felt the authentic atmosphere and warm conviviality of the hotel. The owners and staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, which immediately creates a relaxed and welcome feeling.
The rooms are comfortable and equipped with good beds, so we slept wonderfully after a day on the slopes. The food deserves a big compliment: both breakfast and dinner were tasty and prepared with care. There is plenty of choice and the quality is excellent.
As for its location, the hotel is also ideal for winter sports enthusiasts. The slopes are about a 15-minute walk away and the ski bus stops practically in front of the door, which makes it all extra easy.
The value for money is very good. For what you get in terms of comfort, service and atmosphere, this hotel is definitely recommended. We love to come back here again!

Highly recommended stay

Very nice stay, full of relaxation and hospitality. Excellent breakfasts, varied and quality, and fantastic availability of the orderlies, especially Natalia, always kind and smiling.
The flexibility of the hotel management, which makes a real difference, is also very appreciated, as is the formula that allows entry to the swimming center, a great option to complete the experience.
Structure absolutely recommended.

Authentic and friendly atmosphere

The authentic atmosphere and the conviviality of the hotel and the guests but especially the staff have pleased us very well. Natalia and Chiara are in an exceptionally good mood all day to please their guests. Chapeau!!

Review after 4 days

the rooms should be renovated- from the 70s...
the food (half board) unfortunately receives only 3 stars out of 6...
lacked creativity and variety here
morning and evening, unfortunately, only jazz music played in continuous loop...
here a radio station might not be bad, with information from the region
but there are also positive...best we rate the courteous Service personal
