A sleepless night

The deafening noise of the fan coil unit made it impossible to get any sleep during the night. I don't know if it's just a problem with my room or if it's present in the others as well. I tried turning off the air conditioner, but after 10 minutes the room overheated. At the reception, they obviously acted surprised after my report. Tiny room, sufficient breakfast.

in merito a quanto da Lei segnalato, Le comunichiamo di essere intervenuti tempestivamente sulla ventola dell’aria condizionata. Non avendo successivamente ricevuto ulteriori segnalazioni da parte Sua, eravamo convinti che l’inconveniente fosse stato risolto.
Per quanto riguarda la camera, la tipologia assegnata corrisponde a quella da Lei prenotata e scelta in fase di prenotazione, anche in considerazione della tariffa applicata.
Nonostante ciò, siamo ulteriormente meravigliati dalla Sua recensione.

We stayed at this hotel twice. Very convenient location near the historic center. Clean, very nice and friendly staff.

Weekend in September

Welcoming structure, with helpful and professional staff, both at the reception and at the Breakfast.Clean and comfortable Service, I recommend this hotel which is also a few minutes walk from centro.Indefinitely an absolutely positive experience

Exceptional staff

Third stay at this hotel and still just as satisfied! A welcoming hotel, very clean and very well located a few steps from the city center. Quality staff, always smiling and extremely available. A good varied breakfast, just a small downside for the bread and an excellent cappuccino. This is our favorite hotel in Vasto!
