Simplicity and nature

Simple B&B immersed in the countryside. We stayed in a very quiet time with our dog. We were greeted with kindness and helpfulness. The room was clean and spacious. Good breakfast also includes homemade sweet/savoury. The beach where dogs are allowed can be reached with a 10-minute walk in the middle of vegetation.

Lovely place

Really beautiful and charming place where you can combine the greenery of the surrounding countryside with the enchanting backdrop of the sea. Very attractive location, the room where we stayed is very clean with all the comforts possible not to mention the garden where you can enjoy the surrounding nature eating a 'great breakfast.
It has ample parking.
I advise dispassionately.
The manager Gianluca very kind.

"We had a fantastic stay at this B&B! Gianluca, the owner, was really exceptional: friendly, helpful and always ready to help. The property is very nice and well maintained, and the room we occupied was nice, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great, with a variety of options to suit all tastes. Special thanks also to Gianni, the guy who helps Gianluca, for his kindness and availability. Both guys were really nice and made our stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this B&B to anyone looking for a quiet and relaxing place to stay. Total relaxation guaranteed!"

An oasis of peace in the middle of nature

We stayed 1 week in 'apartment of the Farm. A wonderful experience, a stone's throw from the sea, an indescribable silence interrupted only by the concert of the birds.
L 'apartment on two floors is very spacious and fresh. Nothing was missing, spotless and well maintained (thanks to the legendary Gianni for us "George"). The owner Gianluca a wonderful person, present but never intrusive, always ready to meet our every need, kind and always smiling. Parking on the property and bikes always available for rides on the overflow cycle path and more. Fattoria Marianna has become one of our favourite places. Very good we will be back soon.

Just one night but we'll be back

We stayed only one day, we stopped halfway to rest.
I must say that the hospitality offered by Gianluca is very familiar as well as being a professional even in the advice.
We had a great time in this structured first the cleanliness of the room, and second only for chronology the hearty breakfast.
Structure with swimming pool (which we did not use for lack of time) and bicycles also the carport.
Villa Marianna also has an exit on the bike path, which takes you to several points we visited Punta Aderci, a panoramic point where you can admire the Trabucco.
As for the achievement of this B & B should be sent the location by Gianluca, we did not think about this we passed in front of it without seeing it as it is located in tranquillissimo.Un further indication that finds near the house district.
Definitely to return and Recommendation also to those who read my review and want to go to Vasto.
