An unforgettable week
My dog and I were welcomed and pampered as guests for a week. The tranquility, the good food, and the courtesy of the entire staff are the winning cards of this hotel. I cannot judge the wellness area because I did not use it. Dogs are allowed everywhere except in the Spa, but they enjoy all the privileges dedicated to humans. The stay was very pleasant. A special mention for the dining room lady, Celeste, and for the restaurant and reception staff. Thank you and see you soon!

Excellent restaurant in Bielmonte Oasi Zegna
We had lunch at the restaurant. The dining room is very spacious and beautiful. In the center, a fireplace and mountain-style decor. The dining room staff is very courteous and kind. They reserved a very large table for us with a panoramic view. We ate excellent agnolotti del plin with roast sauce and aromatic herbs. Rustic polenta with stew. The desserts prepared by the chef were also excellent. They were beautiful to look at and good to the palate. Compliments!

Excellent relaxation in the mountains
We made a relaxing stop at the hotel Spa, 3 hours of pure relaxation. Spectacular place, excellent view. Wellness center attendant truly very kind, courteous and good at massage. Highly recommended

Terrible spa, good restaurant
We went to the facility for my birthday at the end of June. Regarding the Restaurant and the dining room staff, I would give 5 stars for the courtesy and the quality/price of the food; unfortunately, the Spa weighs very negatively (if it had been only for that, I would have given 1 star). When my girlfriend booked via WhatsApp, it was not explained to her that it was necessary to pay a supplement to have exclusivity of the Spa; she was given hasty and unclear instructions. Arriving there to relax, we were greeted by a blonde lady (I believe the Spa manager) who accompanied us to the changing rooms (2mx2, you can barely move inside), giving us a bathrobe and a pair of slippers (the welcome glass of wine that you write about on the site never arrived). Once inside, we found ourselves in front of a Spa (if it can be defined as such) composed of: 1 acceptable but small sauna, 1 Turkish bath that does not work that well, 1 foot bath that seems inappropriate to call a Kneipp path (with dirty water), 1 emotional shower that works poorly, 1 normal shower, 1 relaxation room with some loungers and welcome herbal teas with 2 small packets of cookies, and 1 hot tub (the only positive note of the Spa); outside, a terrace with a very nice view, too bad you are surrounded by other houses, so privacy is 0. The thing I consider most serious is that we were not warned that for the two hours of our relaxation session, we were together with two different couples of people who took turns. Besides the fact that the lack of privacy is not appreciated, a doubt arose in my mind: how do you clean the tubs and the areas if you do not take a cleaning break between one shift and the next? In fact, the lady would mop quickly and just change the towels and herbal teas while we were inside, watching us the whole time with a suspicious air, thinking that we were doing who knows what. Once the terrible experience in the Spa was over, we headed to the Restaurant where we had a very good time. After finishing dinner, we asked where we could settle the bill; we were told to go to the reception. While we were going down the stairs, we met the blonde lady from the Spa again, who, with a threatening air and looking at us as if we were thieves, said to us: "where are you going?" We calmly replied that we were going down to pay; this attitude is very serious because we are not thieves and we were going to pay. I assure you that it was not pleasant, and at that moment I had to restrain myself. Once we arrived at the reception, a younger woman (I think the owner) came and told us she would be right back to let us pay; we waited about 20 minutes because they had forgotten about us due to a mosquito emergency on the floor above. I am sorry, but I do not think I will return; we were there to relax and were treated like two bums just because the blonde lady saw two young people. Furthermore, at those prices, I can go to the best spas in Italy, which have nothing to do with this facility. I am sorry, but you should review the service costs and the lady's courtesy because it takes very little to ruin one's reputation.

Excellent hotel, staff kind and helpful with everything. Super restaurant. It is absolutely worth the cost. They knew how to make our romantic weekend special! The room clean and tidy, small but beautiful. The bathroom comfortable.
From the wellness spa I expected something more but all in all it is small and cozy, intimate. The hot tub was wonderful. It is still worth the cost!
