One of the most beautiful & eclectic hotel experiences
Set in a quiet residential suburb of Carneggio (?) a simply beautiful experience in a fabulous, professional, eclectic, old worldly super friendly family hotel.
Rooms and bathrooms were immaculate and the bedding was some of the most comfortable ever- superb mattresses & pillows and A/C was just perfect including an in room fridge with water.
Room cleaned and towel changed every day.
Staff were all fantastic and extremely accommodating.
Stayed in room S Fillippo and will definitely return to beautiful Venice and stay here again.

Cute hotel with features you'd like to know about in advance
Very atmospheric place, interesting interior, very quiet.
The room is spacious, with high ceilings.
It was a late arrival, arranged it in advance, there was no problem with it.
Located close to attractions, but away from busy streets.
Comfortable bed.
Room's clean.
Cons:
It's more of an apartment than a hotel. Hotel access by code. There seems to be a receptionist, but the receptionist is mostly absent. Even check in via qr code. Good for introverts, but if there's a question, there's no one to ask.
When booking a room, she asked for a separate blanket for each guest. Checked in - one blanket for two. I wrote, repeated my request. They said the blanket was in the closet. Back at the hotel - in the closet blanket without bed linen. Wrote again - no reply(
When I checked in, I got some sort of room instruction. It says the air conditioning only works if you close the window. But in fact, it doesn't work at all. From June 1st only(
You can't smoke or eat in the room. City tax can only be paid in cash
Since the chat room stopped answering to find out if I could leave my backpacks at the hotel until tonight I still couldn't, I had to find another option.
The showerhead is covered in mold.

To flee
Room cramped, old, smells closed and no breakfast. Sorry, the provision of small slippers does not make me feel like “at home”.
Common areas not very clean.
The day before our departure, when our stay was already paid, the person at the reception threatens to call the police if we do not pay the bill. We are trying to make ourselves heard but in vain, it was necessary to call on a third party to calm the situation.
So a question arises... why “palace” in the name of the hotel?
