Best Stay In Venice
Cabea was the best part of my stay in Venice. It’s located in the most elegant and funpart of Venice. Everything was so clean and comfortable. Federico was so helpful and had the best recommendations. Can’t wait to come back and stay there again!

Unavailability
We have booked a room for the evening of the Redeemer on July 19 this year. Room cancelled today as there is no possibility to arrive after 6.30pm.
I understand you are in Venice and you will have the queue but working with the public also means trying to meet them by adopting a minimum of flexibility. (If we had said we arrive in the middle of the night... our arrival is scheduled for 6:40 pm in Santa Lucia, not midnight)
Among other things, the Middle Ages is well and truly past, now there are boxes where you can enter a code and be able to enter the room even without the presence of the staff.
I think this lack of flexibility is a real cunning, because from what world is it who travels often runs into unforeseen events and you can be late and not allow in any way the arrival after 18.30 makes the structure earn without using the room and leaving it empty.
Good congratulations you guys are smart.
For me you can change your profession. Fortunately , there are also courteous and helpful landlords in Venice , as in all parts of the world . Sorry to find so much rudeness.

Late check-in, no room, money lost and rude behaviour
I had a terrible experience with the ownership. The facility does not allow check-in after 18:30 for some unknown reason, there is absolutely no flexibility from the ownership. I had arrived at garage san marco at 18:20, I tried already calling the owner beforehand around 17:30 to inform him that I was going to be a bit late, his tone on the phone was irritated and unpolite, at a certain point the owner just put the phone down and I was left with no chance to check-in and a full bill to pay. Since I had a colleague that had already checked THE DAY BEFORE I tried to get his support to check me in and even this was not possibile for some unknown reason. I do not recomMend you go to this location if you feel you may be arriving later than 18:30, for example if you are flying in from abroad or arriving by car with traffic. I have never faced in my life such a bad experience with a late check-in bearing in mind that the check-in is limited to 18.30 hrs. This really gives guests a limited time slot to perform it. The owner as well acted very rude with me, this is unacceptable.

Very clean, elegant, I recommend it!
Beautiful location and very well-kept structure! Very kind and friendly service and above all extremely quiet.
Cleanliness from 10 (which is not easy in tourist rentals).
Inside there is also a digital guide so as to give the guest more information on the Dorsoduro area. I absolutely recommend it!

Little Gem
Stayed here for one night prior to our cruise and can not recommend enough. We found it easily by following the instructions and using google maps. Greeted with Prosecco on ice by the lovely manager and our room was stunning. Four poster bed, really comfortable and lovely modern bathroom with walk in shower. Was a 10-15 minute walk from the bus station at Piazzale Roma. Not far but tricky if you have heavy cases as there are 6 bridges with steps to negotiate. However we managed fine and the location is great. Quiet but minutes away from everything. Would highly recommend this little gem and will stay here again when we come back to beautiful Venice.
