I highly recommend this property
I booked through booking for June 2026 about 4 months in advance
at the end of April the hotel cancels my reservation on the grounds that I had not updated the payment method.
In fact I had received their communication and proceeded to update immediately with a credit card with sufficient provisions.
I tried repeatedly to contact the property but in vain, to the number that appears on the platform they never respond as well as do not respond to messages
I contacted support who reassured me that I had contacted the property and that I could proceed with a new booking for the same dates and at the same price i. how much an error had occurred
Too bad the dates were no longer available and the prices tripled

Scam

Don't book, it's a scam.
They cancelled our accommodation after putting three different cards in which there were funds to pay for all of them.
Without prior notice, we were left without establishment a few weeks away.

Extremely Disappointed with the Lack of Support and Control

Don't trust this accommodation. They don't answer via email and phone. They cancelled my reservation for no real reasons. I was left with no choice but to book another accommodation at a significantly higher price.

Zimmer hotel is a complete disgrace

I made a reservation through Booking.com, I wrote two different cards, they did not take them, I went there and said I would handle it there, the hotel asked me for cash. Even though the limit of both cards was available, they fraudulently did not withdraw it and demanded cash from me, which had a negative impact on my travel program. The cleanliness of the hotel is terrible, so be informed and do not go.
