An absolutely wonderful stay – one of our best family hotel experiences ever!
We chose Chiara Lodge because of its convenient location and nearby parking. We are travelling around Italy as a family and did not want to drive into Venice. The parking area was right next to the hotel, and the train journey to Venice took only about 10 minutes. The location could not have been more practical.
We arrived far too early, but the staff welcomed us incredibly warmly and were helpful with absolutely everything. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely cared for.
After a long and tiring day in Venice, returning to Chiara Lodge was a real pleasure. It is a truly charming boutique hotel, and the family room was absolutely perfect — easily one of the best family rooms we have ever stayed in. It was beautiful, surprisingly spacious, thoughtfully designed and extremely functional.
In terms of value for money, this was easily one of our top three hotel experiences ever. The combination of the exceptionally friendly staff, the fantastic location and the wonderful family room made our visit to Venice even more memorable.
A genuinely outstanding and very positive experience. Thank you so much!

I was arriving late at the station. This is a short and safe walk to Chiara Lodge. Whilst there was no one on duty, the instructions and the welcome were clear and organised. Highly recommend.

It's one of those places that makes you want to come back.

I booked Chiara Lodge for just one night on my way to Venice, but I honestly didn't want to leave.
Everything here feels welcoming. The room was spotless, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and after a long day of traveling I slept so well. The breakfast was one of the best I've had during my trip, with plenty of fresh and tasty options.
What I appreciated most was the people. genuinely kind, helpful and happy to answer questions or give advice. You can really feel that they care about their guests, and that makes such a difference.
I only stayed one night, but next time I would happily stay much longer. It's one of those places that makes you want to come back.
Thank you for such a wonderful stay. I hope to see you again soon!

I spent one night in this apartment with my family and we all really loved it!nice and clean,very good breakfast,attention to every detail,very pleasant host!!very very recommended!
