Accommodation satisfactory

The room was clean and modern, the room service was very good
The self-catering breakfast with pre-packaged food was unusual for me and
did not meet my expectations as I attach great importance to a good breakfast

Very good b&b , excellent owner !!!

We stayed in this cozy b&b from April 5th to April 8th.. The hotel is small ( just 3 rooms) very comfortable and the rooms ware big enough and very clean.. The hotel is just 200 metres from the bus station and from there directly to Venice in 20 minutes max.. The real force of the hotel is the owner Denise. Very kind and very very helpfull. Real assistant for our travel !!! The breakfast was good but without just cooked foods.. And the neighborhood around the hotel has everything you need . From big super market to pizzeria and sweets...Denise thanks for everything and we waiting you in chania!!!

Wonderful Place to Stay

Stayed here for 3 nights and loved it. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable - lovely bathroom with a good sized shower. My partner is very fussy about hotel beds and said it was the best he had ever slept in.
Denise the owner makes you feel very welcome and is very helpful - arranged airport transfers for us and gave lots of tips about things to do and how to get around Venice. Highly recommend this accommodation and hope we get the chance to stay again.

Lovely

A spotlessly clean and very comfortable small B&B about 20 minutes bus ride away from Venice. Bus stop and a good supermarket a couple of minutes away. Denise gave us great tips and advice on travel and things to see. Good continental self-service breakfast. If you want somewhere outside of the hustle and bustle of Venice this is the place to stay
