Perfect in every way!

First of all, I want to start with the amazing accommodation. The rooms are simply beautiful, modern furnished with a design that it will make you feel in the heart of Venice. It was extremely clean and neat, and I feel in love with the attention of details put even on the toiletries. The towels were changed daily and the rooms were cleaned each day as well.
The host is the nicest person you can find, she made us feel so welcome and gave us everything we needed. She prepared us each morning a tasteful and fulfilling breakfast, and she was asking us each evening what we wanted to eat the next day so she could bring us. She told us which tickets we need to buy, from where and helped us make a little itinerary so we can see all the important things.
The location is very close and accessible, located near the city center in Mestre. The tram station is right after the corner and after just a 15 min tram ride, we arrived in Venice.
Also it was so quiet and this helped us a lot to rest, being tired from all the walking.
We definitely will come back. I recommend this place from the bottom of my heart. Great energy and amazing experience. Thank you so much!

Unhygienic condition of the given room

My worst experience in a hotel room totally unhealthy with strong smell of personal mold absent and incompetent they wanted to do nothing

I don't recommend it.

If it's for a passing night, not bad. For several days, I do not recommend it.
Towels nothing more than two showers. No amenities...
The room is spacious.

Affittacamere con stanze belle a vedersi ma assolutamente senza servizi:
niente colazione, niente pulizie, niente cambi biancheria nei bagni, niente di niente, neanche il sapone per lavarsi, perciò se proprio volete avventurarvi portatevi il sapone da casa. Appena ricevono il pagamento (nel mio caso OTTANTA EURO AL GIORNO.!!!) che richiedono anticipatamente, si viene abbandonati a se stessi. Lasciate perdere
