The room is quite okay. The location is easily accessible and it’s 5 minutes walk from the Mestre train station. The receptionist/staff was quite nice. I happened to check out late and he was okay with it.

ugly

The place is horrible, the atmosphere is appalling, the room is decent and the bathroom is inside the room, but it is very ugly to walk through the streets of the area or see the other passengers staying at the hotel, very unpleasant. I don't recommend it.

First they have a different name so no one could find them. They never changed their sign. Second they charged more for a private bathroom. Be careful. Many are shared bathrooms. Yechhh!!!

Only 1 afternoon in Venice and lost 2 hours because of miscommunication between Expedia and the hotel.

Great place to stay, very close to the train station. The customer service was not the best, it was just ok.
