Spacious to fit my family in and very clean with a nice kitchenette. The staff were so helpful and check in was great.

Amazing hotel apartment, in a really nice area of Venice - close to everything, but very quiet.
Apartment is beautiful, rooms are great and rooftop was the cherry on top.
We can only recommended, and will return ourselves!

The management is very unreasonable. Although I pre-paid for the stay in full, they insisted I also pre-pay the city tax in order to get the access code to the room. It was only 4 euros per day and there is no way to pay at the property upon arrival. I have been traveling around Italy and at other hotels/Airbnb, I paid this tax upon check-out, but Fenice Studios required the payment before arrival. This does not make sense (in my opinion) and needs to be reconsidered as Venice can be quite stressful as it is for first time travelers and hotels should prioritize the guests convenience.
Also, in the pictures, the bathroom looks extremely big, but in reality it is not.

Amazing experience with perfect location. My only complaint would be the mosquitos. There are many restaurants around too.
