This is a GREAT hotel in a convenient area! It is literally a one minute walk from the main train station. The room was small (Its Venice, all the rooms are small) but it was clean, comfortable, affordable and the breakfast was FABULOUS! The staff was so friendly and the location has 100s of restaurants close by. There is everything you need so close such as a supermarket and a Pharmacy. First class stay for sure!!

Amazing location especially if you are coming or going from the train station. No need to vary your luggage over bridges and or stairs . Very clean modern and staff was very helpful and answered all our questions and gave us great recommendations.

Brand new hotel, pretty small rooms but except from that everything was really good! Still smells new, everything clean and fresh. perfect location!!! Would definitely stay here again when I come back to Venedig.

Hotel is wonderfully located and very nice. There is no elevator which wasn’t a bad thing for us but is good to know for other people.

Super fresh og ecstatically pleasing hotel! Was a real pleasure :)
Close to the central railway and bus station, and very quiet at the same time. Lot of options to eat and shop near by.
