Great hotel

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would happily return. The location is excellent—conveniently situated for exploring the surrounding area, with plenty of attractions, shops, and transport options nearby.
The room itself was impressively spacious, featuring a large, comfortable layout and a lovely terrace that made it easy to relax and unwind. Everything was spotless, and the overall cleanliness of the hotel was clearly a priority.
The reception staff were particularly attentive and welcoming, always ready to help with any questions or requests, which made the experience feel smooth and personal from start to finish.
Breakfast was another highlight, offering a good selection of fresh and satisfying options to start the day. The bathroom was well stocked with complimentary toiletries, and the minibar provided a nice variety of items, adding an extra touch of convenience.
Overall, a very enjoyable stay with great amenities, excellent service, and a fantastic location.

A wonderful experience. Great Venetian hotel, in the most beautiful area of the city. Attention to every detail, you can breathe the class of old Venice. A special praise to the service: precise, impeccable and - something completely welcome - really nice. We recommend the room with balcony, overlooking the rooftops of Venice.

Great stay

Loved our stay here. We had a two bedroom apartment and it was spacious for our family of five. Perfect location - so quiet - but right close to restaurants and shops and a bus/taxi stand. The breakfast was great and the staff were really helpful at all times. Recommended!

Great location with a short walk to the vaporetto and very central to St Marks Square etc.
Our room for 4 was great with 2 bathrooms and a separate sleeping area for the children.
Great aircon too.

Small, Dark Room, Unhelpful staff

We stayed at Hotel Bisanzio as a family and were very disappointed. The room we received was small, dark, and had very little natural light. It felt very and uninviting.
What frustrated us most was the lack of support from the front desk. We made a reasonable request regarding our room and felt there was little interest in helping or finding a solution..The location is good, but that alone would not be enough to recommend this hotel.
