Nice short break.

Very nice. We like the location as it's slightly out of the tourist crowds and it has a wonderful view. Maybe a slight improvement with attention to detail is required but overall an enjoyable short break.

Excellent service, perfect location.

Our first time to Venice, and despite the extreme heat, it was a wonderful trip. Hotel Bucintoro is perfectly located as it is right at the Arsenale dock for easy airport drop off and pick up as well as the daily water taxi. It’s close enough to walk to St Marks Square but far enough away from the noise and crowds. The staff at HC was so accommodating…prior to arrival we had to make several changes and they easily made the adjustments. And when we arrived, they guided us appropriately to where we wanted to go. Rooms are small but have all the amenities needed!

Great location. Close to Piazzo San Marco but away from the crowds. Staff is helpful. Facilities are old but well maintained. Breakfast is good, typical European breakfast.

Venice, my love

Delightful hotel, the staff and front desk manager (Stefano) are super kind and professional, with typical marine-style decor that makes you feel like you are on a luxury yacht; the breakfast is excellent. We have stayed at several hotels in Venice, and Bucintoro is definitely among the best; it is intimate and welcoming and perfectly integrates with the marine atmosphere of Venice.

Wonderful days in Venice

We enjoyed this lovely hotel and its great service. We choose it due to convenient location for the Venice Biennale, just near Arsenal and Gardini. And were very pleasantly surprised how beautiful and quiet this place with great and very professional staff, excellent breakfast and nice view. We spent wonderful days in Venice thanks to this lovely place and its wonderful staff.
