A pleasant stay
We were pleasantly surprised by the stay. The staff was very kind and helpful, especially by communicating in advance and organizing the arrival time.
The room was clean, bright, and overall welcoming. Perhaps with a few more small considerations in the details (and maybe an additional nightstand, a mirror in the room), it could be even more comfortable.
The bathroom did not have a bidet, which for us was the only real downside, but it was still very clean and fully functional.
The area is nice, quiet, and less touristy compared to other parts of Venice, which we greatly appreciated.
Perhaps the price could be slightly lower for some missing services, but unfortunately, that is Venice as well. In any case, we had a good experience and feel we can recommend it, especially if you spend the whole day in the city and are looking for a simple, clean, and comfortable place to rest.

It exceeded our expectations!
We had a great time!
At first we were hesitant about the reviews seen online, but our room was absolutely clean, no strange smell, indeed, it was very pretty, with the direct view of the canal!
Very convenient location because it is in a central location and is 7 minutes walk from the station.
The staff has always been kind to us.
We do not give 5 stars just because despite the various calls they never answered, making us believe until the end that they caught a scam. It is very important that if you write that the emergency number is active H24 it is assumed to receive the assistance requested.

Don't go there.
Shabby room
Double bed with single bed sheet and bedspread. No blankets either on the bed or in the closet. When I pulled up the covers, I watched in horror as the sheet downstairs had blood stains... stains that didn't come off with the washing. Inadmissible!!! Luckily, being alone I could sleep on the other side of the bed.
Bathroom with stains and scale, I had to disinfect everything.
And also leaving the room you can not close the door by pulling it, you must first turn the key. But since there is no one to explain it to you everyone slams the door hard even in the middle of the night in an attempt to close it normally, waking up the other customers with a start.
A dive where I'll never set foot again

TO CLOSE!
All horrible.
Upon arrival no one answered the intercom, after persistent calls we answered the phone.
We were greeted by a girl who did not even know Italian, who did not explain anything and simply handed us the keys to a shack.
SMELLS LIKE MOLD AND MOISTURE STAINS EVERYWHERE!
Upon entering the room it seemed a nightmare overlooking the weeds without mosquito nets, dirty walls, where there must be the air conditioning hole there were dirty rags .. single bedspread for double bed ... broken wardrobe that seemed to fall apart .. hairdryer with exposed wires and dangerous .. taps chock full of limestone .
Called the owner after several unanswered calls made us change room... after 30 Min to wait for the girl who cleaned the other room nothing changed .. room the same as before.
We requested reimbursement with the help of booking we only received 108 euros compared to 220 euros. We absolutely changed immediately "the hotel". TO CLOSE!!!!!!
I was the owner of a bed and breakfast for 5 years and I know perfectly how to run a structure
..which the owners of this hovel should also learn!

We have been to this hotel 4 times previously. On the other occasions It was basic but clean and good value as it included a great dinner but this time it was more expensive, dinner was at an inferior restaurant and the whole place was literally falling apart
