This hotel is fantastic! It has a great location in the San Polo section of Venice. There were numerous restaurants and shops nearby and it never felt as crowded as the core tourist areas in San Marco even though we stayed during peak season in August. The hotel was conveniently located not too far from the train station and key pick up spots for day trips/guided tours (~15 minute walk) and has canal access around the corner which was convenient for water taxi pick up and drop-off for folks using this transportation to and from the airport. The breakfast was solid and the staff were extremely friendly and very attentive. The room was reasonable size and cleaned everyday unless we indicted otherwise by preference. Overall a great experience after staying here for 7 nights, and I’d stay here again if ever back in Venice primarily because of the location and the friendly staff.

Venice in a minute!

Hotel has great location. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Breakfast is excellent. things that can be improved: Foldable table to place luggage; air conditioning setting. Way too hot. Setting was about 27°C and asked the attendant to lower it to 24°C and they did not do it. Twice. Other than that inconvenience, hotel is great.

All of your staff is amazing - to the point that on Tuesday morning your staff let us follow him to the bus station when are transportation was cancelled. Everyone was so helpful!
